My daughter was patient for a long time and we had to move out of Miami. Even so, I maintained her treatment with Garcia because at the time of moving . One person misinformed us about the time remaining in the treatment and was paid for the full treatment. On many occasions that I had to travel to Miami for other reasons I asked the secretary if they could accommodate the date for the day of the trip and even with a lot of time in advance and they never wanted to. On her last date, I explained that we were traveling from Tampa and they didn't care. Great free consultation visit. Everyone is friendly and apologetic about the delay as our appointment was for 11 and we weren't seen until 12 but we didn't mind. My son loved the place. Since I have appointments to see a couple more orthodontist, I couldn't make a decision today; but we definitely like this place. It is close to our home and the hours seem good specially since they open once Saturday a month. The Doctor is very nice, he is engaging not like my other son's orthodontist that I would have to pull teeth to get him to talk. If you took everything that is obnoxious about Gen Z and turned it into an orthodontist office you would have this place. Before I even stepped inside for my appointment I was inundated with texts and calls late in the evening confirming my appointment. I was contacted 4 times in a 24 hour period confirming my appointment even when I confirmed each time. When you walk in you hear music blasting and the first thing you see is a selfie wall where patients are encouraged to take selfie photos. In the waiting room there is a huge t.v. where you can't help but watch all the tiktok videos of the office staff doing silly coordinated dances along with endless social media posts. The staff consists mostly of overly caffenated women in their early 20's. I came here for a consultation for invisalign as I wanted to get a few quotes before picking a provider. I never got to see the orthodontist as he is treated almost like a celebrity and when I got the quote I was floored. It was 3 times the price of the other orthodontist I went to. Yes, you read that right. THREE TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE FOR THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT: INVISALIGN! They can keep all their Tiktok dances, club like office environment, and trendy decor. I will stick with a no frills standard orthodontist office where I can actually meet the orthodontist during a consultation and most importantly pay way less for the same products and services. read more

I've been coming here since last year for my braces. The office is always clean and lively. They have a cute, little coffee station set up for patients and family to make themselves their own flavor coffee or tea along with a mini fridge that's usually stocked with water. Dr. Garcia has mainly staffed young employees which is great for the youthful patients that come in and out of the office. Dr. Garcia is always nice and attentive while being a respectable teacher to his staff. I have to say before deciding to come here I had gone to 3 other orthodontist but the woman that assisted me with my payment plan (that no longer works here due to schooling) really went above and beyond. She was able to find the best payment plan that worked for me while being compassionate and understanding. I read the other negative comments about the office. For example parking, yes parking is bad but not limited or impossible to find. The office is located in a very busy shopping center (State Farm, Five Guys, beauty salon, and many other office business) - they have a big parking lot all around the businesses but it's just very busy. Personally, I've gone to my appointments in the afternoon (between 4pm-6pm) and within 5 minutes I find parking. Now regarding the music - the music at times I've experienced it can be loud but in my opinion it's the combination of the TV, music and the amount of patients along with employees talking (even if talking low) that it can be felt overbearing. I did noticed the TV keeps the children entertained. I must mention I've had issues with delay in the office, but this last time Dr. Garcia addressed it immediately. I totally understand unexpected things happen as well as emergencies, so my issue wasn't so much the delay per say but the fact the business side of the office was dismissive and not apologetic. I know you can't make EVERYONE HAPPY and what might work for some might not work for others, but in my opinion if the staff would've acknowledged and apologized from the beginning it would've never been an issue. Again, Dr. Garcia addressed it, thanked me for the input and suggested to try the morning schedule instead of the afternoon. I still would recommend this business to my family and friends. read more

Avoid at all cost. Dr. Francisco Garcia deformed my mouth. My concerns about my teeth not being straight we're ignored and I was harassed to take my braces off to the point where I would show up to a regular appointment and his assistant would be there with removal tools ready without the doctor even looking at my mouth first. When asked if he was going to check my teeth first, I was told it doesn't work like that, if I thought I was ready, they'd take them off. Absurd. I would receive voicemails congratulating on getting my braces off at my next appointment ,when that wasn't even discussed at the prior visit. I was essentially being blown off. I believe this was happening because I offended his ego, by getting a second opinion about my treatment. In addition to that I was yelled at by one of his assistants that used to work on me, She would yell, "Don't talk to me!", when I would say, "Hi!". It got the point after a couple of times and accepting that she had a problem with me and wouldn't be working on me anymore, that I stopped saying "Hi". Dr. Garcia would then egg on the situation by asking the assistant, "Aren't you gonna say Hi Sherry?" And she would yell in front of everyone, "Don't talk to me!" and Dr. Garcia would laugh. At one point I was given an assistant that was obviously new, that I had never seen working on anyone else, as well as unsupervised.She spent an extended period of time on me, hurt me a couple times, left a piece of metal wire in my mouth. She also made my bottom teeth less straight than they were before. I mentioned it on my next visit and that issue was never addressed, leaving my bottom teeth, less straight. The essex retainers he uses in his practice are garbage. They don't retain anything, are flimsy and are essentially just glorified whitening trays. They break within a couple months. But they do conveniently offer a retainer replacement program for $600 upon removal of your braces. Your treatment will be prolonged unnecessarily because his office is too busy. Rather than seeing you every 4-6 weeks like a good Orthodontist, your appointments will be 2-3 months apart. And I'm not sure if it's actually too busy or if he just takes a lot of time off. He has kids so if his kids are out of school, he'll be unavailable. Instead making you pull your kids out of school, in the middle of your work day, rather than more conveniently, on practical off days. This may also just be a way that he is insured full payment from the patient prior to completion of treatment by prolonging it. In addition to that, he is condescending and arrogant. After the removal of my braces, he had to shave down my teeth because he unnecessarily prescribed elastics for an extended period of two months. That of which pulled my teeth up and inward towards my tongue and raising my gumline, causing misalignment of my teeth. Ruining my smile. I wore my retainer as recommended but when I would eat, my teeth would connect incorrectly, causing chipping of my teeth as well as causing me pain when my lower canine would hit my upper bicuspid. I visited two other orthodontists after my treatment. They mentioned multiple issues with my teeth and recommended treatment with over $4,000 estimates. I went back to Dr.Garcia with this information, and he offers to shave my teeth down more. That wasn't acceptable and he hesitantly, offered to put my braces back on. I gave him a second chance and I greatly regret that. He put braces on only my upper teeth and made me wait 3 months for my lower. My teeth continued to chip and break over this time period even more than before because I didn't have the protection from the retainers. He never mentioned a treatment plan upon replacement of my braces, barely spoke to me at all and continued to deny that my teeth weren't straight. Prior to getting my lower braces on, once again, for the second time,I refused further treatment and asked for my money back. He complied but still admits no wrong doing. read more

I really liked the lady that told me about my treatment and payment plan. She was super sweet, poised and helpful. She was the one that pretty much made me say yes to my treatment there. I wished I knew her name. Gosh darn it! Now when it came down to my treatment my smile is improving. I do feel a great change. I did have issues with office we are all human. But Dr Garcia reached out to me and asked me what was wrong? I let him know immediately and we corrected the issue. Not many people do that now a days and I respect that. Not many doctors do that and I admire that from him. I do want to give one of his dental assistant a shout out. Adriana is amazing she explains everything the doctor did and will be doing. I will always agree that the staff is kind. However, I'm disappointed in the end results. My daughter had her braces for about 3 yrs. At the last appt after removal, they told me she had a rear molar that was inverted that would have to be extracted. I went to my general dentist. The surgeon said he did not believe the molar needed to be extracted but to get a second opinion because he felt the tooth could be easily rectified with orthodontics. I paid nearly 4K for her braces... and here I am at another well-respected orthodontist agreeing with the surgeon that this was something easily rectified... here we go with another 6 months with lower orthodontics paying more money for something that should've been rectified here. Yes they have Saturday appts, but it's nearly impossible to get something at the time you need it. I have a younger child about ready to do phase 1 orthodontics, and I will not be returning to this factory. I'd rather drive another 15 min to the were at now. read more

I am so disappointed with this business! My kids use to come here when Dr. Howard Sacks was the owner and everything was great until Dr.Garcia took over . It is runned by all these young dentist assistants. I have had my Invisaligns for two years and my front teeth are still crooked! When I ask for an appt after 3:00 , they can never fit me in, therefore the process fails. If you cancel your appt, you are screwed because another month will go by without them scheduling you. I call this business a meat market. Lol. Too many patients and not good service. Once they have your money, why bother. I went today for them to remove all my attachments because I'm going elsewhere to fix my teeth and they were fine with it, No dentist talked to me to find out why I was not satisfied. The front lady with a fake smile gave me a paper to sign stating that dentist did not approve readiness for my withdrawal to their services. But no dentist talked to me!!!!!!!!!!! Never talked to a doctor today!!!!!!!! I asked for Dr. Garcia in the front desk so I can communicate my frustration before leaving and of course he was not there. All I had to say was "of course." My son is a patient there and has traditional metal braces. He has not experienced any discomfort during the office visits or days after an adjustment. There is an electronic check-in at the front desk then the waiting room plays family friendly animated movies. The front desk service is very friendly and professional. The entire office is very clean and sanitary. The ortho assistants are very friendly and especially patient with the younger children. I recently had a complete and thorough consultation, which is free. You will get full x-rays and a detailed treatment plan. They offer many payments plans for all types of budgeting. I just had my Invisaligners fitted. I was given a full rundown of the do's and don'ts to care for them. I also had to practice removing and inserting them as it is not easy for 1st few times. TIP: use a paper towel to remove them at the molars!!!!! Dr. Garcia is very experienced and has great bed side manners. He explains what he is doing and always ask if there are questions or problems to let them know. Most of the time, the wait time is less than 15 minutes, however, on occasion you may have a little wait for your appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia for any orthodontic problems. I don't even know where to begin with. First off there is very limited parking, the waiting room is so crowded, you literally have people hanging off the walls. Second the very loud "Chonga" music will dry you up the same wall in a few minutes. I went in for an evaluation for braces. After the barely non English speaking tech does my x-rays, I am shuffled into a room where I get to talk to a person about the cost. I advised the person that I was sent there based on the recommendation of my dentist. Well she runs back and forth apparently talking to the Dr. and then she finally comes back and tells me I need to go back to my dentist for more tests. Did you not hear the part where my dentist already recommend me to your office? But the best part of all is that I am about to spend $4,000 to $5,000 for bracers, you think the Dr. can spend 10 minutes with me or is that not enough money to warrant his attention. At no time, did the Dr. even come and talk to me. Incredible. Since then, I have been to other Orthodontist in Miami and they are far superior to this office. If you can actually read this review in English, find someone else to take care of your teeth, you will be sorely disappointed with this place. In summary, I was treated very badly by this office and the Dr. never even took the time to talk to me personally.
