I do not feel safe or comfortable returning to this clinic due to the poor quality of work and lack of professional standards. I paid $5,400 for treatment that did not meet reasonable expectations and caused me inconvenience, emotional distress, and a complete loss of trust in the clinic. I have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and may pursue further action with the Florida Board of Dentistry if this issue is not resolved.
