I wanted to have a second opinion so I ask for my x-ray results which I paid $150 sent to me, they never send them. I went ta a periodontist, I had panoramic x-rays taken again, when the Doctor looked at the results, he told me that my gums were perfectly fine and did the regular cleaning. This office has a system in place to rip off patients.

I scheduled a cleaning at Dr Quintero's office as a repeat patient. Maria Fernanda Correa, who…read moredescribed herself as a dentist in Venezuela but not in the US, took an oral examination of teeth measurements. I expressed concern to Dr Quintero that I disagreed with Ms. Correa's findings. She was not a licensed Florida dentist. Moreover, I was troubled by Dr Quintero's lack of supervision of Ms. Correa and his failure to examine me. He did not look at my teeth or ask me to open my mouth for an independent examination. He did not take any measurements himself. Instead Dr Quintero wanted X-rays which were taken. Then Lily cleaned the teeth. HQ Dontics billed my insurance for a dental examination despite these facts. After my appointment Maria sent me a $6200 Invisalign treatment plan that was never discussed with me. Hq Dontics personnel never provided a rationale for the Invisalign recommendation. (Ms. Correa's name is listed on the plan although she is not a Florida dentist.). My teeth are already straight from previous braces. I cannot think of any benefit from Invisalign for my health. Subsequently Michelle Polidor from HQDontics admitted a "mistake by our Clinical Coordinator". Furthermore she threatened to "involve our legal counsel." Then Dr Quintero wrote an email terminating me as his patient with a 30 day notice. The email cited "communication and compatibility" despite multiple years as his patient before my yelp review. When a business admits to a mistake by an office coordinator, I would expect a prompt correction, apology and affirmation of the value of the business relationship. The unprecedented behavior of legal threats and termination of me as a patient warrants public consideration. I believe that all the facts are truthful and accurate.

I have been overjoyed with this practice since became a patient back in October of last year. However, recently she took on a new Hygienist to replace the one that left who was super amazing but he left to go to dental school in Jersey. My new Hygienist is Patty and she is a miracle worker! She had big shoes to fill as her predecessor was awesome but she has filled those big shoes with flying colors and then some! Going to the dentist is finally a pleasant experience, Patty is very aware and conscience about how the patient is feeling or what they are experiencing during the cleaning process or any other treatment with her in the office. She has such a beautiful way of sympathizing and empathizing with eachpatient as I know it's not a unique with just me. The reporte she has built with me comes so naturally to her that I am sure she builds very similar relationships with other patients. Furthermore, I can tell that Patty knows her craft extremely well, she has plenty of experience working with different demographics and types of people, she is tidy, neat, as well as clean with her equipment and work area. Most importantly she loves what she does and that shines as well as reflects in her work. I love and thank God daily for my marvelous Hygienist Patty! Thank you so much Patty! You're one of a kind and simply the best! The only way to truly improve the experience at this practice is if Patty were to be working all 5 days of the week because at the moment she works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and I absolutely refuse to have my mouth worked on and cleaned by anyone besides her. Sometimes Thursdays and Fridays work better for me but I have to stick to the days she is there, I don't trust my mouth to anyone else as amazing as the ladies are in this practice. Please consider strongly making Patty full time Monday through Friday, it would mean so much to me and Im sure to all of the other patients as well.
