I received an affordable quote to expand my gutters on my home within a week of inquiring. She didn't ask for my information so I asked if I could provide my information to ensure I was called to schedule the work. She then took my information and looked up my quote. When I reviewed the quote with her and solidified my color choice, I asked if I could apply a military discount as I saw advertised and she said yes, it's 5%. I didn't receive a call back after 2.5 weeks, so I called back to schedule an appointment. I was able to schedule ~2 weeks out from the day of this call. The crew arrived, but did not check in prior to commencing work and did not check in for a walk through after. The work looked great, but there was a downspout that I wanted moved to a corner instead of the middle of a wall due to aesthetics. I was asked to provide a picture via e-mail. I also asked if I could please have the military discount applied. I was told that it was installed correctly and that the military discount was already incorporated into the original quote. The original quote did not have the military discount listed on the quote sheet and this was not mentioned on the phone call where I confirmed that I could have a military discount applied, so I was taken aback by this response. I also wasn't implying the gutter was incorrectly installed, but was asking if it could be moved. I didn't press the military discount, but I did ask again whether the gutter could be moved. I was provided what I considered a curt response and didn't care to engage again. If I need gutter work in the future, I will shop around for a different company.

I hired this company to do a move-in clean on a new build house. Now the builder had just had the…read morehouse professionally cleaned so it was already it good shape, but since I have dust allergy I just wanted a bit more. Now to their credit, they did fit me into their schedule in just a days notice. I met them at the house, paid & provided all my own cleaning supplies. When I went back to check, as I took my shoes off at the door I noticed dust & grit on the soles of my feet. Next I find, crumbs & dirt on the countertops, shelves not wipes & gritty dust on all the wood floors & a food wrapper left behind. (Since I had not moved in yet there was no food in the house). I grabbed my bona mop ( it & the 2nd cover I left had not even been used), the cleaners & rags I left were all unused. I cleaned 2 rooms with the first cover, then 2 with the 2nd. They were so filthy (nearly black) that I had to wash them & start again. Till I finished I had coated both mop covers 3 times each. Art had called on his way to see if the AC was on yet. I suspect that they sat around in the AC to chat or whatever & eat. Whatever they did it was certainly not cleaning. I asked for a refund & was refused. There was no offer to re-clean. Even open on Sunday for those who are inundated during the week and can't get out except for a weekend. When I first stepped out of my car and began to walk around, it was dizzying. I felt like a kid in a candy store. So many tree varieties to choose from and I couldn't even begin to guess how many acres this place is. There are staff all over going about tending to the plants/trees but if you need help, they will go out of their way to help you. I was assisted by Adam who was extremely friendly and helpful. I simply had a question about a tree but Adam took me around in a cart giving me a tour since it was my first time here. In the end, I did end up buying a tree which they were happy to hold onto until I am ready to bring to my house. All of the staff are very friendly and Adam was especially helpful. They had trees I have been searching for online and some I thought I would have to buy from tree farms and have shipped here. And not only trees, but they have so much for bushes and shrubs and regular plants to decorate your landscaping if that is what you are looking for. Something else I really appreciated was there was no pressure. At other places, I have experienced high pressure sales, but here, they are very knowledgeable and just want to help. If you are looking to add something to your backyard or landscaping, you won't find a better nursery.
