He also confirmed the appointment ahead of time. He was willing to drive 1.5 hours to work on my project. Marco and his crew used safety harness/fall retractor when working on high limbs. He is very mindful of the safety of his crew. The wind was too high to safely cut the high limbs the first day so they worked on lower limbs and came back the next day for the high limbs. Marco and his crew came back until the job was done to our satisfaction. He confirmed which limbs were getting cut to make sure he was cutting the ones we wanted. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, trash/limbs/branches were all removed and hauled off. They were respectful of the property.
