I mentioned that I only buy Ball and Mason jars. She said they were all Mason and Ball jars. I looked again and said no they are not. She then started to argue with me and she couldn't take NO for an answer. I was very disappointed with the interchange I couldn't wait to leave. I also found the prices to be extraordinarily high for a Thrift shop. I am a Vet and really wanted to support this shop. The experience was way to negative to return.

i really hate to rate this antique shop 1 star but i was very disappointed based on the description…read moreof how things are "curated" for this shop & reviews below. i had imagined something entirely different. i have to say, staff here are ready to help for the most part but it was really hard looking through things. most sections were hard to squeeze through because of huge furniture items or pile ups of heavy unorganized junk that were stacked in the way. i was looking for vintage bags & found one section at the very back that had amazing, quality vintage clothing & handbags but what a mess! the bags were wedged in the back behind so much packed in clothing falling off the shelves to the floor behind crates which was hard to get behind. when i pulled out one of the bags by doing some yoga twists & poses, i was finally able to reach a vintage dooney & bourke for $450 in fair condition. not mint, excellent or even good condition - BUT FAIR - so the price point of $450 on that vintage dooney bag was ridiculous. everything felt dusty & grimy. i found 3 boxes of 1970's madame alexander dolls & had to open each box to see what was inside & one of them had a DEAD SPIDER on the doll's dress right when i lifted the lid. there were only a few sections that were well organized with figurine displays but everywhere else you had to hunt for things behind paintings placed on the floor (fire hazard). for example, i found a 12" composition shirley temple doll listed for $129 laying behind a large framed painting. if i hadn't moved the painting, i wouldn't have seen the doll laying there. & that describes how messy this place is. also, because of how the doll was just laying there, you'd think it was worth FIVE DOLLARS, not $129.00. i need to mention the music. i'm not usually bothered w/antique stores playing appropriate music for their shop but when we came in this day, some disturbing psychedelic chanting music was playing & it was BLARING through the speakers. this place isn't curated well at all. additionally, i left feeling like i needed a shower & was traumatized by the type of music playing.

As we walked up, I was a little off put by the painting on the window saying they are NOT a thrift store, they are a vintage shop ... However, as soon as I entered, I was enveloped with the good energy of the people and space. There was someone at the table by the door who was immediately friendly and engaging. She gave us quick info on the store and let us know they have a coffee stand to the side. We started looking around and found things we liked right away. For the quality of pieces and good condition, the prices are fair. I plan to test whether the manager's statement that they get new items every day is true ;-) My daughter and I both purchased tank tops but there were several more things I'd like to try on. Oh, can't forget to mention they have a fitting room, that's a definite plus. Also can't forget that I tried an iced coffee. I usually skip buying coffee once I leave the house but this was Vietnamese coffee and from the description I had to try it. They offer several yummy coffee flavors like banana and caramel but I went with a plain house coffee that came with a cold foam - it was delicious. I was told that they do mobile pick up orders, I would actually stop for this coffee. One more important note: they are cashless!

I saw logoed jeans today with Delia*s and immediately remembered "window" shopping their catalogue as a tween. I prefer more classic silohuettes and basic colors/patterns, which they have plenty of that too. There's also a fun collection of denim jackets, cowboy boots, and vintage housewares. It's so much fun to peruse as their inventory shifts quickly. Hot tip is to follow their Instagram for restocks and flash sales. The store feels more like a community, where the workers remember you and talk with you like you're friends from the start. They often host events like "Scrap & Yap" and swap days. Yoshi Now and Yoshi Vintage are located in downtown Fresno, near Chinatown. Yoshi Vintage is mostly antiques, old tools, art pieces, and had some truly gorgeous and unique furniture items. Right when you walk in you're greeted by a wave of nostalgia, courtesy of Wheaties boxes and 1980's Coca Cola trinkets. Yoshi vintage is so stocked up with amazing items that I could've spent hours and hours in here, but my children are getting antsy. I did purchase a couple of kitchen items and almost bought an antique radio. I did put the radio on my Christmas list; so fingers crossed that Santa surprises me. On the other side of the wall is Yoshi Now which is mostly collector items and vintage clothing, retro furniture, and decor items. This is the perfect place to get something for both a classic toy collector and a lover of London Fog vintage jackets. They also have a ton of amazing vintage T-shirts. That is all the rage right now with Gen Z. Both of these stores are awesome and definitely worth the trip.
