The Top Hat employee I was speaking with was angry at me for having to clear things with my supervisor, and like I said, she kept yelling at me. Then, the truck was supposed to pick up the dunk tank at an agreed upon time, they were three hours late. I'd say, try other places if you can. If you must use Top Hat, have all your ducks in a row lest you get scolded like a child.

Then Mother Nature threw a tantrum and dropped the fluffy white stuff all over the ground , crushing our hopes and dreams BUT Ultimate Bouncers to the rescue! Their flexible booking process and friendly customer service made it beyond easy to reschedule our rental... without penalty! We booked four hours with a big azz (technical term) bounce house with a slide and obstacle course. Party was set for 11-3 and UB said they'd be by at 10:30 to get it ready and back at the end for pickup. They actually arrived at 10am and didn't show up again until 3:30, which left my son with 30 minutes of free for all before his friends arrived and an extra 30 at the end!
