It was great!: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/golden-west-college-mainstage-theater-huntington-beach?select=T8CKz6UQoLckecoKqeincg#T8CKz6UQoLckecoKqeincg So as not to ruin or spoil the play's narration or momentum, I won't, however, spend much time reviewing the show. If you've yet to experience the book, you'll be enlightened: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/golden-west-college-mainstage-theater-huntington-beach?select=T8CKz6UQoLckecoKqeincg#xcpkDky8g78aToWGiJ7upQ . But if you have read "Moby Dick," don't let that stop you from attending. While the enigmatic, white whale certainly occupies space in this imaginative adaptation, the spotlight is instead directed upon the depths of character development and the relationships among the Pequod's crew. Awesome performance notes and applause go to the intriguing Elijah and Father Mapple. As a venue for experiencing community theater, I whole-heartedly recommend GWC's Mainstage. The seating is intimate and comfortable, the ushers are helpful and all smiles, and the direction of the theater is completely supportive of its cast. In fact, the programs themselves open the college's doors for available enrollment, course offerings, and audition information. Makes you wonder... Have you yet had your 15 minutes? For a listing of upcoming events and shows, visit their website: www.gwctheater.com . ***Tips*** * The address listed is the main address for the college. The theater is not facing Goldenwest St. It actually faces Gothard St., which parallels Goldenwest. Parking is also located off Gothard.

The sounds was a bit off so it was hard to hear the cast; the mic kept going in and out on some folks. There were refreshments (cheesecake and coffee) for purchase in the lobby during intermission. Restrooms are outside, but clean. If there was something here that I really wanted to see, I'd return.

My girl gets the very best because she deserves it and deserves the very best of me. The show is pretty much a circus with Halloween costumes. Absolutely fantastic time and the best was near the end when the MC came out and removed his clothing. My girlfriend pulled out a dollar from her pocket and tucked it in the man's underwear as he acted like a stripper, a terrible one at that. He saw I was recording so he decided to take my phone to record everyone from his point of view. I thought that was so freaking cool until he decided to stretch out his underwear and everyone was like "Nooo" but YES he did, he tossed it down his pants!!! He even rubbed it on his ass for good measure. The spotlight was on my girlfriend & I as we were historically laughing in the front row. The best part is the MC was being so comical that he even recorded everything so I got an absolutely amazing video of everything he did including footage of his junk when he tossed my phone down his underwear and needless to say it was very small. LMFAO!!! Front row seating was worth every dollar I paid and the video footage we got in the end is one of the best memories I can cherish. Had an absolute BLAST!! My only complaint is that there was no a/c in the large tent they setup and while it was warm it wasn't so bad that we didn't enjoy ourselves. We had funnel cake so the plate it was in became a hand fan. I fanned my girlfriend the entire time with an occasional fanning of myself. My girlfriend felt like a Queen as I fanned her and she is, my Queen a precious gift from God.

The performers are in great shape and they are all lovely. It even had some jokes and fun for the patrons with one being pulled on stage and the next time we see him, his head is on a plate to be cooked for another patron. All in good fun. Parking is free and easy. The tickets you get on line and make sure you get the one you want to attend. The prices are super fair. They have a huge cast. They have snacks and merchandise for sale, but that is cash only, so bring some. You need to be 18 or with a parent or guardian to get in. This circus moves around the Country and I assume is also in Italy, where they are based. It is just a great escape and get a way. You will love it. Expect to be there close to two hours. The place was not over crowded and the seats are great and the tent is wonderful.

As a mom, I appreciate this studio because the studio follows the Cechetti method and focuses on performances instead of competitions. The end of the year performances, as well as the performing group shows, are very high quality. As with all things though, the studio, the kids and the parents are not perfect. Each situation is so different. However, as you can see by Miss Kimberly's responses to the reviews, she is very professional and cares deeply about the studio and especially the kids. I feel very very fortunate to have found HAD.

He wasn't never left alone (especially with new people : strangers before but we left him there as we were told to wait outside) minutes later, we were told to come in and received a big hug. When he recognized a song, he went back to the dance floor and danced around the kids. The instructor didn't like that and at one point even said he was distracting the other kids (as he wasn't on his colored marked circle space) For a child in the spectrum, this is hard to do. They proceeded with the program NOT including him. I felt so bad for our son that i had tears in my eyes even now as Im typing this. Every child deserves to be seen heard and they WANT to be included. They just beed more TIME AND PATIENCE than neurotypical kids.
