He has no empathy, no "bedside" manner, no friendliness, keeps…read morestating "I don't know anything about that - I'm a lung doctor" - when we asked a few questions about mum's heart - simply arrogant and very unhelpful. Mum saw him on two occasions and both times he was just awful. Worse still, she was seen by him on Friday and on Monday mum was admitted into QE2 hospital on high flow oxygen with a severe lung infection - he hadn't even bothered to listen to her lungs. Do not see this guy, he is simply lazy and incompetent. His secretary is very good, I don't know why she stays with him
