Once again, I called ahead of time, and they said my…read moremedication was going to be ready the following day- I changed my entire schedule around, went to pick up my prescription the following day (today), as the internet also said that it was, "in process," meaning they are in the middle of filling said prescription... I arrive at the pharmacy, which is out of my way, on top of having to change my schedule around (because my time isn't as important as everyone else's obviously), & now the pharmacist made sure the staff knew to tell me that I cannot pick it up until tomorrow. Now I'm out of my medication & the pharmacist refuses to call my doctor to verify with him, and my entire schedule and plans are now not going to be fulfilled. This is an ongoing issue. This cvs apparently has had so much turnover and I finally see what (whom) the issue truly is. She just makes her own rules- no one is right but her: not the client, or the internet, or her own staff, or even my doctor!! I'd laugh if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with this every single month, perpetually.

With the size of Cranbury, this is a store that most people can walk to or pass-by on the way home after work. That is indeed convenient. I would rather not drive on rt.130 just to pick up a few things on a quiet summer week day or a cold winter evening. Some of the other small shops near Cranbury, though amazing (shout out to Crockadeli and 7-Eleven), are not quite a 5 to 20 minute walk on a safe road from everywhere in Cranbury-- so -- not as convenient. I would advise Cranbury residents to discover Cranbury Convenience so that John, the owner, will/can keep his shop in town.
