No paint on the sides of the nails

Well...I'm on the fence with this one. Check In: I made two appointments online (for myself and another person) and upon arrival the man at the desk couldn't seem to find my 2nd reservation. After showing him my email confirmation he then said he found it in the system. 4 other people were waiting with the same appointment time as me. I had to wait 15 mins after my appointment time before being placed in a chair. The other person with me had to wait 30 minutes after her appointment time. Although we had specific appointments scheduled with specific technicians we were placed with other associates. A little frustrating but okay. Service: I got the crystal pedicure and spa manicure. The gentleman ( not who I booked with) but he was so friendly and the massage was great!! However, the pedicure service itself was not so great. The heels could have used a little more attention but it was the end of the world. But the paint job wasn't the best. The technicians hands were shaky so the polish didn't go on smoothly and after a second coat you could see streaks and some areas had no paint at all. My manicure was done by another technician (also not who I booked with). She did an okay job however, my nails have areas with no paint. She did not have a station light on so that could be why she missed some areas. The person with me had the same issue with her service even though it was with a different technician (also not who was booked) Staff: Was very friendly and apologetic for the long wait. Salon: The salon was very clean. Plenty of stations. Overall the experience left me on the fence. 3 hours in a nail salon is far two long for a basic mani pedi. (No acrylic, no gel) and to leave with a paint jobs that weren't done to my liking didn't help. But on the other hand the staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I may return to give them a second chance but might have to be a little more vocal durning my next visit should I return to make sure that I leave completely satisfied.

UPDATE: I truly didn't think it could get any better! I decided to spoil myself with the First-Class Spa Champagne Signature Pedicure and the Spa Manicure. Amazing! So many extra and fine details. Truly felt like a princess! Rosa did both my pedicure and manicure! She was nothing but professional! I had her previously for my manicure and, while she was great then, you can see how much she's learned! Pictures attached!

She has always been pleasant however last visit she was very rude to me I accidentally hit one of my nails in the dryer She was very upset with me. She very loudly said my name. However, my recent visit left me feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected. When I went in, I had some trouble choosing a nail color out of a book that is covered with cellophane and I was told three times that Kaitlyn would see me as soon as I picked out a color. That meant that I should hurry. I prefer to see the actual sample against my nails to get a better idea of how it will look. Feeling rushed, I showed the technician three colors I was considering, asking if I could see them on my nails. She only brought out one bottle and applied a single coat. When I mentioned I was looking for a deeper mauve shade, she showed me bright fuchsia colors instead. When I pointed out what I was envisioning, she dismissed it, saying it wasn't mauve. When I asked to see a slightly darker shade, her response shocked me. She flatly said, "I'm not going to show you anything else. You didn't like what I picked out for you." It was clear she was angry. She then placed two boxes of polish on the table and asked me to choose, but they were still in their boxes. How could I possibly decide without seeing them on my nails or at least a piece of paper? Reluctantly, I asked her to apply the first color, even though it was too light. She had already put it away and begrudgingly went to get it. During this time, I commented to the customer next to me that it felt like I was there to get yelled at, despite being a paying customer. The technician never spoke to me again, only conversing with her coworker in Vietnamese. I even asked if there was time for a pedicure, and she curtly said yes. As I was leaving, I gave her a generous tip and calmly asked her not to speak to me in that tone again. She didn't respond or even look at me, despite speaking perfect English. I also noticed another customer having issues with her technician, who didn't speak English and was filing her natural nails too roughly despite the customer's protests. The urgency to pick a color here is overwhelming--you're given about 60 seconds. For the amount of money I spend regularly, I expect to leave the salon satisfied, not come home feeling rushed and needing to fix my nails myself. I understand that salons aim to serve as many clients as possible, but it wasn't even busy that day. What hurts the most is that the technician I've been seeing for months didn't acknowledge me as I left. It's clear she's upset with me for not picking a color quickly, but I just want to walk out of the salon happy with my nails. Is that really too much to ask?

I also am in my 40's and have to use a walker because of severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and my feet don't turn very well, but I have never had issues before with any pedicure. While the tech was working on my toenails I asked her to not move my feet so much, and to stop trying to bend them as they don't bend like "normal" people. She was then doing the foot massage and was banging on my legs and feet and told me "relax, relax." The problem is that my feet and legs don't relax. When it was time to put my flip flops back on, I told her I wanted to put them on because its tricky. She wouldn't let me put them on, and she maneuvered my one foot that it hurt for over a week, it was very sore. The prices also changed and dont match the website.

But when I paid the prices did not match up with the online pricing. When I inquired the owner replied that the nail tech was allowed to make her prices because she is an experienced nail tech and she charged higher for her work. Which should not be acceptable or discussed with the customer first. Especially since it was a 12-year-old nails being done. She also could not even give my daughter the design asked for. Worst experience, overcharge. First and last time at Tre Nail Bar.
