I have been very happy with my refill gel manicures! My nails always look beautiful! My issue is with the payment at the end. Today I was charged an extra $5 because it had been more than 4 weeks since my last refill. When I checked my calendar, it had been 4 weeks and 1 day! Seriously?! Today I was handed a punchcard for paying cash. I've paid cash for at least the last four times and not once was I given a punchcard. I didn't know they existed. They just said I was definitely given one! The previous time they wanted to charge me five dollars extra because I choose a sparkly color on top. I specifically asked if it would cost extra, and the girl said it would not. I would just really appreciate consistent prices when I'm getting the exact same manicure every time. read more

Seriously the best nails I've ever had. I just moved to rofo 2 months ago and needed a new salon. My first set was done by Gala and lasted 4.5 weeks and was absolutely stunning! I just went back tonight and Terry did such a great job! They do a scrub and wax dip and seriously have one of the best pedicures. I get TONS of compliments, even when I have growth. I've been doing gel on my natural nails for over a year and was nervous to switch salons but I am soooo glad I did, my nails look better than ever! Well...I'm on the fence with this one. Check In: I made two appointments online (for myself and another person) and upon arrival the man at the desk couldn't seem to find my 2nd reservation. After showing him my email confirmation he then said he found it in the system. 4 other people were waiting with the same appointment time as me. I had to wait 15 mins after my appointment time before being placed in a chair. The other person with me had to wait 30 minutes after her appointment time. Although we had specific appointments scheduled with specific technicians we were placed with other associates. A little frustrating but okay. Service: I got the crystal pedicure and spa manicure. The gentleman ( not who I booked with) but he was so friendly and the massage was great!! However, the pedicure service itself was not so great. The heels could have used a little more attention but it was the end of the world. But the paint job wasn't the best. The technicians hands were shaky so the polish didn't go on smoothly and after a second coat you could see streaks and some areas had no paint at all. My manicure was done by another technician (also not who I booked with). She did an okay job however, my nails have areas with no paint. She did not have a station light on so that could be why she missed some areas. The person with me had the same issue with her service even though it was with a different technician (also not who was booked) Staff: Was very friendly and apologetic for the long wait. Salon: The salon was very clean. Plenty of stations. Overall the experience left me on the fence. 3 hours in a nail salon is far two long for a basic mani pedi. (No acrylic, no gel) and to leave with a paint jobs that weren't done to my liking didn't help. But on the other hand the staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I may return to give them a second chance but might have to be a little more vocal durning my next visit should I return to make sure that I leave completely satisfied. read more

I first went to them after getting a horrible gel mani from somewhere else. Terri himself fixed them for me. My daughter who was impatient went somewhere else & regretted it. Her nails looked awful. I made an appointment online with a specific technician since I am picky with my nails, I ended up with someone else and was not communicated until someone else was working on my toes. I wasn't happy with pedicure. I would say it was one of the worst ones I've had. It seemed as though the nail tech was rushing to finish and did not do well with cutting, filing, shaping, or removing cuticles. In addition, the color was not applied evenly. Second visit I had a mani-the gentleman who did my nails was very professional and helpful. Took his time making sure I was happy with the color and shape. I got my nails done here for my wedding which I would not recommend. II used to get my nails done frequently and these were unfortunately the worst quality nails I have ever had. I double checked his work when asked and had him fix minor imperfections but there was a lot and I did not feel like asking him to fix every one of my nails, multiple times. I felt like he did not even look at my reference picture rather just said "ombré right" which like yes but I tried to show my screen multiple times and say "just like this" which were just not what I wanted. I asked him to do the ombré again twice and at that point when it still didn't look the way I wanted I gave up. He was very nice and kind hence the two stars instead of one but unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon. I felt rushed and like they were rushing. There were a least 2-3 appointments waiting during my time getting my nails done and I just felt I wasn't getting the attention and quality I paid for. I got these nails, a basic gel pedi, and my eyebrows cleaned up for 150 and I feel like I definitely would've gotten better quality elsewhere. These did not look like 85 dollar nails or work and I'm disappointed. Luckily they looked good enough for the photos but I am bummed thinking about what they could've been going to a place that would've taken a look at my reference photos. My nails have already started peeling off and I got them done 5 days ago from when I took these pictures. I also asked for them shorter twice which we said we would do but it never got done. I went here for a while for gel polish manicures, gel pedicures, as well as hard gel manicures. I stopped after one of the newer younger girls did my nails. I'm assuming she was newer at doing nails because she took a very long time. They were so thick and files too pointy. I was disappointed as I had been a regular customer and the person I scheduled with was busy helping someone else. I get my nails done consistently every 2-3 weeks and took my business elsewhere. There are lots of great reviews on this place so I guess it depends on your level of expectation and if they think you're a worthy regular customer. read more

This is my go-to salon for lashes! Mia does an amazing job. She is fast and painless and my lashes stay on so well! I had to go to the lash lounge while Mia was away this winter and oh my gosh. I have never appreciated her more. It took the other place THREE HOURS to put a full set on me. Way too long to be laying still not moving. I do not need to be going back here. I naturally have short nails, and I like short nails. I don't see a problem with that. I had to listen to three different nail techs tell me my nails were too short and not to cut them. I'm sorry, I'll just take my business elsewhere. I've never had a nail tech tell me or complain about it. I was also rushed to pick a nail color. Work was average, if you want a pedicure where they dip your feet in water and paint, this is your place. Nothing lavish. read more

My woman called this place to make an appointment using my phone. The guy answered and said he would call back in 10-15 minutes that he had to check his schedule, he never did. My woman called back and stated that she was trying to make an appointment and that he never called back, he than continued to go on asking if she was sure if dip powder would work for her, he asked what was on her nails now, and then went on to ask if she only uses his nail salon. He was getting snippy with her so she said never mind I'll go elsewhere. He than calls back 5-10 min later asking if she is going to schedule, she said no. She left a review on Google and the next thing I know the guy is calling me back asking why she did that and how we don't understand. I asked him to please stop calling my number and he continued to harass asking why the review which I than stated it is America and it's a free country. He than ask me to convince her to remove the review. I told him again to not call this number and that I didn't have time to listen to him and his BS. Recommend going elsewhere, and to the woman going to this make sure you watch around him as he treated my woman poorly. read more
