When we contacted them, they denied taking anything and even suggested we "check the venue dumpster." Thankfully, the wedding coordinator reviewed the security footage, which clearly showed the flowers and items being removed. While some of the nearly $9,000 worth of flowers and glassware were eventually returned, a significant portion was never recovered. Most upsetting of all, our daughter lost the opportunity to preserve any of her wedding flowers because they were taken without permission after the event. We hope wedding venues seriously reconsider recommending this vendor to future couples.

It was gently explained to me that with only same day notice it would not be possible to order truly unusual material, but that they would try to do their best. I gave them a decent budget ($100+ tax and delivery) and said that I understood the limitations. I said I was confident it would be appreciated in any case. And, if it turned out to be better than that, more business would likely follow (as another anniversary was coming a month later). WOW. A home run. Not only did the recipient immediately send me texts of appreciation and surprise, she had to struggle to identify three of the flowers, which almost never happens. The main arrangement lasted a week. The recipient then subdivided the arrangement to serve as a gift for another friend, while keeping some for themself. Some of it was still lovely almost two weeks later.
