During the Spring and Summer they have a sprawling selection of plants, trees, and shrubs, I could (and have) spent hours browsing through them all. The staff is always really nice and you get the vibe that they're genuinely interested in your project and happy to give recommendations. In addition to the actual plants, they have landscaping services, lots of gardening supplies, and even decorative items and gifts. I haven't participated in anything just yet, but they even host all kinds of events and classes throughout the year. Overall, I'm super happy to have such a fun community spot nearby. They only lost a star for me because of the high prices, but as long as the plants keep doing so well I'll keep coming back anyways :)

I like Lowe's. They have won eight consecutive Energy Star awards from 2003 to 2010, including four Energy Star Partner of the Year awards for educating consumers about the benefits of energy efficiency. I was to have a fridge delivered. Time off of work, as they give a 12 hour window! For the guy to call and say "hey we're 10 mins away, we've had other customers cancel cause of the rain, do you want the delivery? I said yes please." I proceeded to dump my fridge (that we were struggling to keep going as it was). They came, sat outside and had their "customer service" person call. Advising the truck in front of my house wouldn't deliver my fridge because it was raining and it could damage the fridge! Excuse me? The rain will damage my fridge? I should call GE and see if their fridges can hold up to the rain!!! Cause I called Toma and asked if they would deliver a fridge in the rain or would that damage the fridge? They said "NO that wont damage a fridge! My guys are out making deliveries as we speak! Let me guess you ordered from a big box store? They use 3rd party "companies" to do their deliveries. I've heard many of these stories!" I'd give a zero score if I could! If it is not delivered by tomorrow...I will 100% cancel and place my order with Toma! Should have done that to start with! My husband and I recently moved into a new home and ordered two bedframes from Bob's, one full and one king. On the initial date of delivery, the full frame was built with no issues, but we were informed that there was a broken piece with the king frame, and that they would have to undo it and take it away. The gentleman who delivered it was incredibly nice and got me on the phone with customer service. I spoke with a woman who informed me the delivery would be replaced a few days later. When they arrived a few days later, they came with only parts for the frame, and not the entire replacement frame. This time, they left the miscellaneous pieces of frame in our bedroom, taking up space, and we had to get on the phone with customer service AGAIN. This time we spoke to two different people (neither of whom seemed to understand what we were talking about or who understood our situation). And once again, they assured us that the next delivery (the 3rd attempt) would be correct and the entire frame would be delivered. When the third delivery was attempted, they (shocker) only came with just the pieces again and not the entire frame, but thankfully this group of delivery men were kind enough to move the leftover pieces of frame from our bedroom to our garage so they weren't in the way. My husband talked to customer service on the phone and very clearly explained the situation, and we were once again informed that the now FOURTH delivery attempt would be correct. This morning, which was supposed to be the final (correct) delivery, my husband received a phone call stating that they, once again, had the wrong order and only had parts for the frame, not the entire frame itself. After multiple other confusing & frustrating calls to customer service agents (who very clearly follow a script and have trouble straying from it), and trying to explain to them that we did NOT want a replacement or exchange at this point and just wanted a refund, we finally got a satisfactory response. We definitely not be purchasing any more furniture from Bob's and will be advising our friends & family against it as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different furniture store or get something off of Amazon.

But I could return unopened sheets that were not used. These were purchased in August 2025 and altho my receipt clearly stated that items could be returned within 90 days, when I attempted to return the unused , unopened sheets of tile less than 60 days after date of purchase, Floor and Decor REFUSED MY RETURN STATING THAT THE TILES I JUST PURCHASED 60 DAYS AGO WERE NOW OUT OF STOCK AND UNRETURNABLE!!! Beware of buying anything from this place as everything is "out of stock" within months of biuying it!
