First off, folding laundry is my least favorite household thing that needs to happen. I use to think it was laundry but its actually the folding part that I loathe. Bending over a dryer and folding piece by piece.. yes I'm not the house care taker. I called Tona today early this morning and she happily answered the phone. Shes polite and professional and kind. Shes not overly bubbly. Shes just honest and real. She happily agreed to meet me here just a couple of hrs later with dirty clothes in hand. Upon arrival, you go to the area marked for drop off service. Its a small office. She weighs your laundry. Whatever the weight is , is what you pay. $1 per pound. To give you a good idea- I had 2 LARGE basket sizes of laundry, it weighed 26 pounds. - washer - dryer - fold - you can bring your soap or use hers My laundry was finished in less than two hrs. If you work long hours, barely get enough time with the family, using the drop off service is well worth it. It really frees your energy and your time up. And creates that time for you to use somewhere else that its needed. You can't go wrong with this service. Everything was clean, fresh, folded nicely... even the sheets... even that weird sheet that most of us can't fold right. Call Tona and get the laundry rolling. Drop off is 0730-1400.

Waited a month and got a phone call that my dress was ready so I drove all the way down to the main location to find out that my dress not only wasn't there, but already was boxed up. Got the number for the manager Called the next day. She seemed very short and rude as she stated that. Yes they were well aware of it, but did not say anything after that. I asked her what could be done to correct this issue because I had to drive an hour out of my way the day prior and my dress wasn't there. She was really short with me and told me that they would unboxed it, and I could view it the next day, I asked if I would be charged double for the boxing fee since they had to do it twice and was told no. And I would have to wait an extra two days to pick it up. No apology was ever given, except by the original people that I dropped my dress off to when I picked up the dress, I was also charged more than what they told me originally so I have a feeling I may have been charged twice for boxing. For something as sentimental as a wedding dress, I would've assumed that a little more kindness would have taken place.

From the outside, it doesn't look like much (older building) but when you step inside, it is surprisingly big with lots of machines. They offer pay via phone (app) or coin and have a change machine as well as detergent and dryer sheets. The attendant was super helpful and recommended a machine for my size load and also to park in the back so you didn't get trapped by cross traffic at the front. Laundromat was pretty busy and there was limited seating so I sat in my car and was able to access wi-fi from my car. I would come again!

Fans are only circulating hot air, leaving employees and customers sweating in miserable conditions. No one should have to work or do laundry like this. What's even more disappointing is they are failing to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the café owner, her employees, and all of us customers. The café owner is amazing and deserves so much better. She serves some of the best coffee in town, delicious food, and even offers the convenience of a drive-thru. She has created a wonderful business despite the unbearable conditions. It's time for the property owner to hurry and Fix the air conditioning. The people who work there and the customers who support these businesses deserve far better.
