The staff is very welcoming, and the vet I saw (Dr.Buchholtz) was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable, so friendly, and took the time to explain the procedure to me in great detail. The appointment was not rushed and I was able to ask all the questions I had. I was able to get a procedure for my cat scheduled within a week of the first exam. Everything went so smoothly and right away I saw great improvement in my cat. They also give your kitty a free toy after the appointment which is a sweet thing to do. I only wish this location wasn't so far away from me because I would love to make it my general vet location. We live west of Loveland and think it's worth the considerable drive. Reasonable rates are only the beginning. The people at Spring Creek Kennels are always nice. Once, we tried another kennel, and when we picked up our dog he seemed really depressed. Not so with Spring Creek Kennels - our dogs jump out of the car when we get there, and head to the back without so much as saying goodbye - and that's great, we just want them to be happy. Yes they are happy to be picked up later, but in an excited, not depressed, way. So, in my opinion and my dogs', this is a great place to kennel your dogs when you need to.

To say the administration of this place is a mess would be the understatement of the century. It's impossible to have one visit where even most things go right, and that assumes that they remember to write down your appointment. They promise credits because "it was our fault" but never apply them until you complain, charge incorrectly, fail to order medication, promise to make it right, and then call back and say, oh no, we decided we won't do that. If all you need is good doctors and have the time and desire to micromanage their admin department, sure, they're a good choice. But if you need the clerical and financial side of a business to match the quality of the doctors (or just think it should) then you should probably look elsewhere. They're also the most expensive vet in the area, requiring 2x yearly exams for all pets instead of just senior pets, so there is an argument to be made that profit is really the priority here. 5 stars for the vets - 20 stars for the admin

As many…read moreof you may be aware, several streets of Windsor were shut down on November 2nd, which had a significant impact on many individuals. My stepdad was responsible for this incident. Due to this, Christine decided that she is no longer comfortable working with us. I understand that everyone is entitled to their own feelings, but I believe it's important to show more empathy.
