Blake is wonderful and Doctor Cooke was my favorite doctor I've ever had. I loved them so much. Since Dr. Cooke doesn't come in anymore the women in the office, especially the child at the front desk are out of control. I moved an hour away and continued to drive all the way there just for Blake and Dr Cooke. I hate that the "mean girls"employed there ruined a wonderful relationship I had with my doctors for so long. It's sad they chose to pick on a sick disabled woman AGAIN today. The last five times I've been seen there I left in tears. Is that the kind of office you want to go to? Me either.

I kept calling as soon as they opened, but no one would answer the phone. It took about 15 minutes before someone finally would. It turns out that they do not make appointments - they only take walkins. That would have been nice to know so I could have been waiting at their door when they opened! Maybe next time, leave a note on the messaging service, please! The staff themselves were nice and despite the almost 2 hour wait, I felt like they weren't in a huge rush and took the time with each person and made sure to answer any questions and diagnose what was going on and genuinely seemed to care about their clientele. I understood and accepted that I didn't qualify but no one could tell me how they even allowed me to get that far and why I wasn't denied to begin with when THEY accepted me as a new patient.
