I had the same issue today that I almost always have with Home Depot--not enough employees to handle the volume of customer requests. There was literally ONE person who could run the forklift. That was bad enough on a Saturday afternoon, but one employee told me that the store had just cut everyone's hours and wasn't staffing nearly to normal levels. We just had enormous flooding in our area in the last week and there were several hundred customers in the store. So on a Saturday afternoon, and in an area where thousands of people have flood damage to fix, the store management cuts hours and staff. Talk about the absolute worst strategic decision that could be made. Horrible management on the part of the store. It took over 40 minutes to get the one person with a forklift to get around to me. 40 minutes! The store management desperately needs to be changed with decisions like they're making with respect to staffing. Home Depot will never be able to compete with Menards due to issues like this.

My last THREE orders of jars have ALL been shorted lids. I don't get it. My LAST - and I mean LAST order - was for 12 cases of 24 jars. I have three cases left - 72 jars - and only 23 lids. WTF? - like I said this happens EVERY time. So I call once again to notify them and the old lady goes off on me - calls me a liar. I went off on her. What does she think? I am going to get rich "stealing" lids from her. I hope Dadant pulls her distributorship from her because she doesn't deserve a DIME from any beekeeper.

Barbara's has always assisted me in choosing flowers and arrangements, even suggesting colors. I have never been disappointed. This florist takes her time assisting customers. I appreciate that very much because good customer service is becoming a thing of the past, especially in the big metropolitan area where I live. My cousin takes a photo of her flowers every time she gets some and sends me that photo. She is thrilled to receive the beautiful flowers this florist provides. And, I am always impressed with the lovely arrangement. Other people who see her floral arrangements always comment how beautiful they are. A few days ago, I purchased a dozen yellow roses for my cousin from Barbara's. They were glorious! The artistry of this florist shows in the time they take to make any arrangement look spectacular. I was always told that they did good work and at a good price . WRONG !!!!!…read more I took my Toro mower to them with a issue and to get it Serviced . It would run then die and not start for a hour or two . I was told that all that was wrong was it needed a air filter . They serviced it and sold me new back wheels for it . All for $137.00 .... Not real bad , I thought .... I got the mower home , started it and it ran for about 5 ft before dying . Same problem as before . I called them and was told to bring it back , they would see if they could get to it sometime that week . I loaded it up to take back and I thought I'll go by the place I bought it and have them take a peek . Wilmes Hardware did ( no charge ) and found that the Cam was bad and it would cost about $250-$300 to fix it and that it wasn't worth putting that kind of money in a $400.00 mower . I called Bernie's and told them what I found out . They said they could fix that for about the same amount ...... My Question then and still now ... Why would you not find the problem before servicing the mower and selling me parts ? I Do NOT RECOMMEND This Company
