I needed new stretching bars on a canvas that I had ordered. Not only did the gentleman order the wrong sized bars in the first place, but he don't follow through with calling and he didn't put anything on the back to hang it with since I had also ordered a new frame from them. (A costly one at that.) In addition to no way of hanging this print up, I noticed that the canvas was very flimsy. It wasn't tight at all and in certain lights, it REALLY showed! I took it to the Sioux City location and Brandi noticed right away everything that was done wrong, (including the stretching bars being put on backwards! I went there hoping to have them put something on the back so I can just get it up on my wall to her literally taking everything apart and redoing it all! She spent one hour on it and it is perfect! I can not thank her enough for being professional, kind and just plain knowing her stuff!

The cashiers almost always make sure they have spare coupons to use on ya. But, speaking of cashiers, I don't always find them too friendly. I asked a girl for one of the bigger bags the other day for my 2 larger picture frames and you would have thought I asked her for a kidney. I never really needed to ask for help from anyone on the sales floor. I've just never needed assistance yet. (No fabric cut, frames made, etc.) Huge parking lot. Bathrooms are clean. I could not see it but it was chirping away being loud. It does not bother me that there was a bird inside but I do think it's a little gross. That bird could poop and who knows where it's going to end up. Or if it dies of starvation, where will it die? Too many situations in my life would be simplified if I had glasses instead of hassling with contacts. I didn't know where to go (and screw my doctor's office; their cheapest pair was $200! Cheapest!) but my Mom recently went to Eyemart and got TWO pairs of glasses for LESS than $100! I went to check it out. I found lens I loved almost right away. They have a huge selection, but it's organized well so I didn't feel overwhelmed. (I get anxiety in stores very easily. None here at all.) I saw a sale of 2 pair for $50, but I splurged and found 2 pair for $150 after a simple rebate that went straight through when I mailed it in. They were a little busy, so I had to wait about 20min for my turn with an employee, but by the time it was my turn I had my lens and what I wanted so the transaction process was quick. The employee didn't push add-ons on me after I rejected them. She also didn't make me feel rushed, stupid, and was insanely nice to me. I did pick some anti-glare and scratch per frames, but I was happy to pay the up-charges. The warranty was explained to me well, and I left feeling great. Less than an hour later I received a text that my glasses were ready! Took 2 hours from start to finish. My husband went a few weeks later and got a pair. I then bought some sunglasses and had my prescription added to the lenses. THAT was an amazing $50 spent. Yeah! $50! My eyeglasses shop for life. And you bet I'm recommending it to everyone.
