This is a small, family-run business that is just getting established, so if you have a property you'd like to have landscaped, I'd recommend that you contact him as soon as possible. Because once others see his work, he's going to get very busy very quickly. As a matter of fact, two of my neighbors saw his work and have already approached him about projects that they would like him to do for them. Mr. Palmer takes pride in his work, and he and his son are hard-working and extremely diligent in what they do. Moreover, his prices are very reasonable. To say that I was pleased with his design and the overall look of the project would be an understatement. I've uploaded a few photos of our backyard, but keep in mind that we still need to add sod to what he has already accomplished. I only wish that I had thought to take some "before" photos so that you could truly see how he transformed it. In addition to the work Mr. Palmer and his son have done for us in our backyard, we will shortly be contracting with him to design a landscaping project for our front yard to give our property more curb appeal. They only notified us of their damage by calling us on the phone, after they had left our house which we were at. They informed us they would not repair their damage. We are now left with turning off the water to the entire house to stop the massive leak in the pipe they caused. Needless to say I will never use or recommend this company again. Their carelessness for our yard/us as a client and their lack of responsibility in fixing their own mistake is a factor you should consider when picking your lawn care company.

ELP was quick to provide quote and work the job. They were extremely professional and prices were…read morefair. They worked with me to cut out work that would add to price and was not important to me. They offered many suggestions and all employees I dealt with were friendly. Our project turned out great. My wife and I cleared out the underbrush in the wooded area of our backyard. This left many small stumps and roots that made it hard to walk without constant tripping hazards. ELP excavated the area and removed the large brush pile that we had accumulated. We wanted to mulch area to help reduce growth if weeds. They recommended a product called "triple ground" which is ground bark with a. Little sand but looks similar to dirt. Time will tell how it holds back weeds, but the product looks perfect!!! The ELP equipment operators were very impressive and showed their experience. They used a small backhoe and I witnessed them delicately moving the boards on ground around with the backhoe (boards to protect lawn) and they used backhoe grip to grab dead tree trunks and turn them to snap off branches when laying them in pile. I was in awe by their experience! ELP placed boards on lawn to protect it, which was great attention to detail. We had a few small tree casualties that we had hoped to save but their root system was impacted and took out the tree. We were sad to lose them but understand this was a risk when we are clearing out other stumps and roots. The ELP operators did their best. I highly recommend this company!

They put the pipe in the ground but no rocks around the pipe and the end of the pipe sits where the water will pool under my fence. Two days after having it installed it rained. My patio looked like nothing was done, still flooded. I spoke with who I presume is the owner and sent him pictures of the pooled water on my porch and mentioned that my neighbor, who has a french drain, had no standing water in on her porch. He assured me they would fix it because he did not want a dissatisfied customer. I've been waiting over 3 weeks and he has ignored my messages. They have my money, and I still have a flooded patio when it rains. Humm, that's a problem I don't want anyone else to go through. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their problem. Not a happy customer!
