Julio (Gardenia Landscaping) has absolutely no consideration about causing problems between neighbors, as shown by his actions, which is a reflection upon whomever he is contracted with. Julio (Gardenia Landscaping) will also kill your plants, destroy your edging, remove plants from your property and then tell you your yard looks like "$h!t," just to name a few things. When you repeatedly ask him to stop, he will lie and laugh, saying he "Never did anything." Thankfully I have videos. Hiring Julio (Gardenia Landscaping) is not conducive to living amongst friendly neighbors, as he is one of the "cancerous particles" who will gladly engage in disrespectful, unscrupulous behaviors.

He also relandscaped the front. he replaced the traditional needles with a new yard, leveling first with fresh soil and fixing the watering system to assure proper watering for all of the new grass and landscaping. we put in three crepe myrtles and three Salvia. He placed them excellently amongst the bushes and plants that were still in good condition. I highly recommend Davis! Ps- he does most of the work himself with a small; crew. so it was great to see him every day and consult on ideas along the way. he has a great eye and we integrated almost all of his suggestions. he is readily reachable too when I had questions or thoughts.
