I love this place! When creating a new garden along the side of my home, I purchased several camellias and azaleas from them. Needless to say, I receive so many compliments! Had them do a 2 level patio and knee wall in 2017. It started falling apart in 2019 and they agreed to fix it after a year. In the middle of the repair they lost their paver guy so I asked if they would let me hire someone else to finish the repairs and Frank agreed to pay the $2800 for repairs. 2 unacceptable experiences for me. I selected a garden pot but it was not available in the size I wanted. Heather was going to call the other location and let me know if they had it. 4 days later, I called them, and it was not available. Interestingly, the same pot was available at Bruno's Landscaping, right down the street, at a price that was 40% less. Also, the competitor was willing to deliver it to me for free, and Green Thumb was going to charge me $35 for delivery. My 2nd experience was purchasing an item from the gift shop. It was on sale, but when I got it home, I discovered that it was defective. I brought it back, and was told to expect a phone call, which never came. I followed up 3 times, and was told that "all sales of discounted items are final" and they offered NO solution, except that maybe I could try to contact the manufacturer to see if they could do something. OR, I could try to find someone who would be able to repair it. REALLY? Find another landscaping company. This one is overpriced with bad customer service. read more

Doug was great, he followed our landscape sketches to the letter and filled them with the types of plants that we wanted. They said it was fine to install the new landscape in Janurary, 2014. The first night, frost killed all the annuals, damaged most of the perrinals and some of the evergreens. We were missled. After many calls and written notes, we finally got a response 3 monthes latter. They never replaced one plant. Now, many calls and another 3 months we still do not have any replacement plants. This was a five figure job, the plants were guaranteed and I feel we were really taken advantaged of. Oh, the best part if the job they subed out! The job could have been done for a third less. The last thing I would ever do is recomend Green Thumb for a job. read more

We chose 4 plants that were put aside, and they brought 4 different ones, 2 of which were broken, as corroborated by an employee there. He admitted their mistake. But upper management is unyielding with a refund. We received the receipt after the fact with tiny print that says no refund. No mention was made at the time of purchase. They refuse to refund the one plant we brought back. We planted the other broken one. We do not recommend this place. read more
