Ryan easily accommodated a mid-job request to add the removal of an additional limb. The site was left clean, neat & free of debris. My husband & I like that we were asked if the job was satisfactory before their departure- it's nice to not have to call a contractor back to fix or finish a job. I had an Aborist determine the cost of the damage and it was starting at a minimum of $30,000. I have sent a demand notice to them for Compensation and they rejected the certified letter. They claim to have insurance but have not filed a claim. They have been avoiding us. So at some point now we will have to take legal action to collect for damages. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. If I was looking for a tree service, I would read my complaint a couple times before you hire anyone. Take this all in for consideration.

February 2025, I hired TrueGreen to maintain my lawn. I accepted the yearly LawnCore, chinch and…read morepotash prorated yearly plan service, and they convinced me to add mosquito, flea and tick control treatment. Paying in advance for the prorated yearly (only 10 months) treatment cost me over $1,500. I must notice that I was taking good care of my lawn and showed as "healthy" on their first inspection. After two months svc I noticed no improvement in my lawn, matter of fact weeds were improving but grass had shown no difference. When asking why weeds were not disappearing, their response was: it will take one more month to see the results. Their excuses went from, grass was receiving too much water, to not having enough irrigation, (I run my automatic sprinklers three times a week approx. 35 mins. each zone) and grass was cut too short, when it was cut at the lawnmower's higher level. The initial quote was based on treating 14,000 sq. ft. but my cameras noticed they were only treating just the front lawn. I must mention that I paid for a yearly plan that they stopped servicing at the end of October 2025 and in November they sent me a renewal quote totaling over $1,900. Regarding the mosquito service, after month and a half I called them mentioning we were having a big problem with them in our backyard. Their response was that mosquitos were coming from our neighbors and they couldn't control it. Why do they sell a service they can't control? I had better results treating it myself with a $12 spray once every two months. It was my mistake not to check the horrible reviews they have, so don't waste your money, you only will get a brown lawn, patchy, overrun with weeds, vague excuses and zero accountability.
