Other vendors either did not call back or provided a potential cost based on the number of windows without visiting & I suspected that cost would only escalate due to varying window sizes. Frank showed up early for the appt, was very personable, had all the right equipment to include ladders, and got right to work. He treated the windows as if doing his own home; looking at the individual glass from various angles, both inside and outside of the house, making sure he saw no streaks or missed areas. We were also pleased that he meticulously wiped out all the dirt & pollen accrued on the sills over the last year.
