The…read morereceptionist I talked to put me on hold for 6 minutes, got back with me and put me on hold again, then hung up the phone after being on hold for another 4 minutes. I called back and I talked to another receptionist who put me on hold for over 3 minutes... (I had to hang up) If this is what it takes to make an appt. here, I guess this isn't a good sign.

Dr. Peters was exactly what I have been looking for. She was a great listener, asked me a lot of…read morequestions to make sure she understood my past conditions and current circumstances since I was a new patient. It was the most thorough exam that I have ever had. I'm also happy she uses the scope to look at my moles to gain greater insights. She also takes a moderate approach to dermatology which is what I was also looking for. She's very kind and you can tell she really cares. Everyone was so nice and helpful. At dr's office, it's tough to get a nice dr and staff but they have done it. It was fantastic. I have also come to this facility for my mammogram the last two years. They are very nice in that dept too and take care of during a painful but necessary procedure.

Not completely sure how I feel yet. First pregnancy visit they did my pap since it's over due. They…read moredo not do the ultra sounds here so I have a script to go get it done else where they check all vitals do blood work and check my baby's heart. There are 6 different doctors here that will rotate so I meet them all they deliver out of penn hospital which ever doctor on call will be there. It would be nice if they were able to do everything all in one place of course not the delivery but everything else. We will see how I feel next visit. And I will be seeing a high risk doctor which is a specialist somewhere else.. I've now seen all the doctors here. I like most everyone I've met. They do listen and take there time. I saw a pa today Suzy I was not impressed she took forever to see me. Everyone else is awesome and the office staff are great too.

That was not the main issue- she did not like to be asked/ recommended any thing by patient . It was obvious with each visit - no matter how polite the patient was , she made her opinion or feelings known by her actions. Cold and unaffected affect Very bad experience for the person who was very ill and needed to be cared for
