After seeking legal counsel, we filed a claim with the title insurance company and then notified Bluegrass about it. Their response: " We are aware a Foreclosure action was filed after the closing, before receiving; the mortgage has been paid in full and has been acknowledged by the Foreclosure attorney. There has been no cloud of title, and title is now clear for conveyance or encumbrance." Had they just been upfront about the whole situation upfront, it would have saved us time, money and distress.
