I say this because I have spoken to several other of his patients and they have been treated the same as me. While filling out the necessary documents, she asked if I'd like a complimentary water, seltzer water, or any other beverage in their refrigerator located in the lobby. Within seconds of completing my paperwork, I was greeted by Jennelle my dental hygienist. Jennelle walked me back to the chair, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Jennelle took the time to explain to me each detail of the procedures I was receiving during my appointment prior to starting. While in the process of my cleaning, Jennelle made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if I was in any pain, or discomfort. When Dr. Meinbach came in, he greeted me, and caught me up to speed on my x-rays etc. You could tell by speaking with him, he's very knowledgeable and experienced. His demeanor and personality definitely put me at ease. When everything what said and done, Jennelle put together a goody bag for me and insisted I take it. I've been to quite a few different dentists, however; none can compare to the level of service and customer care I received here. I've always considered going to the dentist a hassle and burden in the past, now I look forward to my next appointment. I would recommend any friend of family member to Dr. Meinbach's office!!!

I practice good dental hygiene and routinely have my teeth cleaned 2-3 times per year. I was surprised when the dentist recommend a "deep cleaning" but agreed until I learned that my insurance does not cover a deep cleaning and I would need to pay $460 out of pocket. I declined and requested that I simply have a regular cleaning. I was told "We will not provide you with a regular cleaning because we recommend a deep cleaning". Are you joking? You won't clean my teeth because it is a covered benefit under my insurance but you will provide a "deep cleaning" if I pay out of pocket. NO thank you!!!!! this is not the practice for me. Please be aware of these unethical practitioners. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and never experienced such scrupulously behavior.

My wife and I and our two now grown children have been patients of this practice for more than a…read moredecade, including before Dr Casey took over for Dr Domanski. A little over two years ago, I had a crown done at this office by the other dentist. Last night, the crown came out while I was drinking a coffee. I temporarily cemented it back in and called the office the next morning and they were able to see me that day. At the appointment, they removed the crown to evaluate the tooth. They told me that a filling they had placed under the crown had come out as well, and that there was additional decay under the crown. Their proposed treatment was a tooth repair and a new crown. Because insurance will only cover a crown on the same tooth once every five years, I was told I would be responsible for the full $2,741 cost. The reason I was given for the practice not sharing any responsibility for the replacement cost was that I had stopped coming there for routine cleanings. I found that extremely disappointing. A crown should last more than 2.5 years. I have other crowns from my time in the Navy that have lasted more than 20 years. I declined to proceed with the treatment and left. A few minutes later, I went back inside and asked that they at least return me to the condition I was in when I arrived by re-cementing the crown they had removed during the appointment. They declined, handed me a packet of two-part dental cement, and asked me to leave. While I was understandably upset during the conversation with the office manager, I did not yell, curse, threaten anyone, or behave aggressively. I was very direct about the inappropriateness of their refusal to back their own work . About an hour later, I received a call from a Jupiter police officer because the office had contacted law enforcement to no trespass me. After this experience, I will not be returning to this practice. The issue is not simply that the crown failed. It is that the practice refused to stand behind their own work that failed after a relatively short period of time, which they were well paid for and then placed the full financial burden on me to redo that work, and then further declined to even just restore the crown after removing it. They then also chose to escalate the situation by calling the police after I questioned their decision. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for dental care. Our family of four will never be back.

After much research I found a highly qualified oral surgeon, Dr. Paul Weinstein in Jupiter/ Palm Beach Gardens. After a consultation/ x-rays I felt good about Dr. Weinstein. He has impressive qualifications and didn't push a bone graft (like another dentist I went to) or pad the bill with unnecessary procedures. I'm sure if he saw something that needed attention he would discuss it with me. Like I said, he is knowledgeable and qualified in his field. I made the appointment to have the tooth extracted. It went very good. He is very personable and made me feel at ease. His assistant was also very nice. I didn't need to be put under for this and Dr. Weinstein was able to remove the tooth in sections because of how it broke.
