The woman at the front desk is friendly. Unfortunately, the dentist does bad work and is unsure and keeps changing his mind. The cost for services is very high, and you have to pay up front. At one time, when our family first went to him in 2015, his work was very good. Not anymore. Find another dentist who is more modern and tech savvy and who won't mislead the patients and cause damages. The parking is free, and it's easy to find parking spaces, and the location of the office is convenient.

In 2013, I went to Dr. Siu's office for a dental service and just this week, I get an alert from the credit bureau saying my credit score dropped by 150 points because of a collection against me filed by Dr. Siu. I was shocked because I was completely unaware of any outstanding bill, which by the way was $230, not the $1,250 he tried to collect. I never got a call, a bill, or a pre-collection notice from him or his office. He claims he sent the bill to my old address, which I left 8 years ago. So now, after I paid the fee, my credit score is severely damaged for 7 years. He needs to be more diligent and careful when dealing with his patients' information.

He made some updates to the office and equipment which was nice (so was the old school ways). Yes, the office is conveniently located, yes it's easy to get an appointment. However, Dr. Kim was inexperienced when I went to him. I gave him a year to prove his skills ones he took over. 1) During one cleaning he forgot to polish me teeth until I reminded him 2) I had a gum line filling that he attached to my tooth. It didn't match the color of my teeth (which are in excellent shape and have great natural color. I decided to attempt another practice after the year was up. My new dentist asked me "when did the dentist finish school". As she picked it off and gave me a new filling. The new filling is hard to find, see and can't be noticed by me when I clean my teeth. Also, I inquired with Dr. Kim if I needed to straighten my bottom teeth with Invisalign out of curiosity. he attempted to sell me on the idea and called insurance but I was quite sold. I've asked three dentist since then and they told me ABSOLUTELY NOT. Be aware if you come to this dental office, I'm shocked the reviews are so high.
