They never fail me and always make the process extremely easy. This company is great. I bought the most expensive package of cloth face masks and it took awhile to get them. They were all too small. I called them, expecting to have to argue with them to replace or give me a refund and it was the exact opposite. They explained they sent out some face masks that did not meet their sizing and quality and apologized. They immediately said they would send a replacement order. They asked that I try on each mask I bought to make sure they did not fit as they could not be returned. I did that and when I called back they were closed, but the next business day they called me! They saw I had called and wanted to know if they could help. I repeated my issues, gave them the original order number. I also said since it had taken so long to get the first order I had purchased the required face masks for Covid from another source and didn't need the full order I had previously ordered. I did not want to take advantage of their offer to replace since I really didn't need the masks anymore, but they did offer to refund half my order and ship the replacement other half and expedite the order. Class company! Got notice today the new face masks had shipped. read more

I just had the worst experience ever. I ordered on behalf of my company. Everything came in late and one item was incorrect when it did finally arrive. Garment Decor was kind enough to comp the item that was super late, but upon arrival it wasn't even the correct item and now I'm stuck with something that I don't want whether it is free or not. I was told that getting the correct size was not an option and that the item was on back-order when I placed the order. Then why was the order placed? Why was the incorrect item produced and sent to me? Thanks a lot. I will never work with this company again. read more

I had a superb experience with these folks, especially Tara. I ordered a custom hat as a family "party favor" for our granddaughter's pending naming ceremony. Tara figured out how to have the hats manufactured with a vinyl transfer of an image I scraped from a web site. She also figured out how to have them done rush and in my hands time for the ceremony. She had them rush shipped to be via UPS. UPS managed to screw things up royally by sending the finished package to the wrong distribution hub. Talking to live person with UPS is impossible but after aback and forth with an on-line chat person I learned he had no idea where the package was, nothing could be done over the weekend, it will get there when it gets there, blah blah. Asking for a supervisor was a dead end. I told Tara about this and she was all over it in a flash. Her team tried to re-manufacturer the hats but the machine died. So she found their guy in India(?) who converted the image to a digital file in the middle of the night, sent it back and she had her team re-manufacturer the hatson the weekend, now with an embroidered image...and Garment Decor ate the expense. She had the re-done hats to me by FedEx, received just in time! Wow. Tara and her team get an A+. Thank you. (BTW, the hats are gorgeous!) read more

Very friendly guys..they are all brothers. They just moved into their new office in Chino so it was convenient for me to stop by to discuss designs for my t-shirts. They are so helpful and made ordering so much easier especially since I have never ordered custom t-shirts. They even helped me with the design. They were willing to work with me and responded so fast by email, text, and calls especially late at night. I work as merchandise manager for Cal Poly Rose Float so my job is to shop around for all of our merchandise. As such, I have contacts at dozens of companies all over the state. I found this company through a routine google search, and offered them a chance to compete for one of my medium sized orders. Not only did they outbid even my oldest vendor contacts, but they also beat out the quality of very other company I tried. I ordered over 300 of a shirt with an 8 color (large!) screen print on the back, and that was about $2 cheaper than the cheapest price I could find for a 6 color screen print. I also ordered another 300 shirts with a wrap on one side (an image that wraps around the side to the back) and once again they beat every other company I tried. I sold out of my shirts in about 4 days and got hundreds of compliments and even people asking where I ordered them. I love supporting small businesses, and I can honestly say that the customer service, prices, and speed of service has beat every other company I have tried. I highly recommend this company. read more
