Everything looks decent except my skirt. My skirt had been taken apart!!! Whoever was assigned to clean this DID NOT understand the design or the fashion of how it was supposed to look. They literally UNSEAMED my skirt in several places on one side. Who does that??? I called them immediately, explained what I saw and brought it back. They apologized and agreed to fix it. ONE MONTH LATER..... NO CALL. NO TEXT. I called them asking what's going on. No one knows. I make my way to cleaners. My skirt is hanging on the "ready for pick up" rack but it looks the same way as it did the last time I saw it: half sown. Three attempts later THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. I took my item home very frustrated and upset. I asked the associate to have the manager call me. That I want a refund for my cleaning fee as well as the price I paid for the skirt that is no longer wearable. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CALLED. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED. My chips got stuck in the vending machine here lol and the manager here opened the machine to give them to me, so I was grateful for that. A single load costs $3.25 and a triple load costs about $4, and everything is paid by quarters here so make sure to bring cash or your coins. There's no option to pay with card in the machines. There are a few chairs and tables for you to rest at while you wait for your laundry so you could even bring a snack here and eat, if you're hungry. Parking is easy here since this laundromat has about 10 spots in the back. You can access the lot by going into an alley off Howard Avenue.
