****ZERO STARS **** I've always gone to a dry-cleaning business in Hemet that handled everything in-house and never had any issues. Unfortunately, they closed down, so I started coming to this place -- big mistake. They send all their items out to be dry-cleaned somewhere else, and since coming here, they've ruined two pairs of pants by messing up the crease lines and even put a hole in my Express sweater. When I brought it up, the man working there refused to refund me and claimed I made the hole, which is ridiculous. Normally, dry cleaners hang items open and exposed so you can see all sides. This time, my sweater was folded in half on the hanger like a pair of pants, hiding the damage until I got home. Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, poor quality, and no accountability. Save your clothes and your money -- go somewhere else! read more

Went to go pick up my three pieces shirts dry cleaned on 9/4/25 I was immediately notified that one of my shirts would need extra cleaning because of a stain. I was not notified either by text or telephone call regarding that issue, so when I went to go pick up my three pieces I was immediately notified by the elderly receptionist when picking up. This is extremely frustrating when I need those three shirts for travel upcoming. read more

They do not offer cleaning unless you prepay upfront. Unusual for dry cleaning services. The staff was nice but the rules aren't. How do you know they're good? In services businesses usually do the work first then the customer pays, unless they're lawyers. read more

Sorry, it seems like the work is okay, but customer service all day is a star decreaser. Was looking for a new Dry Cleaning Service in town and tried this place and on my very first visit I was lied to. Dropped my clothes off on wednesday, was told that they would be done early on Saturday and that I would be sent a text. Come Saturday I finally get the text at 2:50 p.m. and they close at 3:00 p.m.. mind you, I have a business trip I'm leaving for on Monday early in the morning. I call as soon as I get the text and explain to them hey I just got the text I'm 15 minutes out can I please come and pick up my clothes. The lady says she closes at 3:00 no exceptions. I informed her that I was the one that she told the clothes would be done earlier in the day, but being respectful I waited for the text like she said and I said how did you expect me to be able to get my clothes before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday if I don't get a text until 2:50 p.m. saying that they're ready. She said she's not going to answer that question LOL and that it's not her problem and then she said I'm not going to argue and hung up on me. So that means I have to go in the day of my trip shortly after they open to get my clothes and then just stuff them into my suitcase real quick. I go in and explain this to the owner who's at the shop in the morning and he just laughs at the whole situation. Not only that, but this place charges $6 a shirt which is pretty freaking ludicrous for a dry cleaning a basic shirt. I gave him a shot just to see and even paid what I believe is a surcharge to get what I was hoping would be good service customer and practical. The clothes are just okay comma not even the best dry cleaning. So for all the crap I had to deal with definitely not worth it definitely don't recommend and definitely we will be trying to turn people away from this place so that no one has to experience what we experienced. Moments like these could potentially be one-offs and you can kind of generate that through reviews, but I think it's this guy's attitude towards customer service and this person that he hired that runs the front desk is just not apt to engage with people on a day-to-day basis.p read more

I found in my experience that the people make the company not the other way around. However, Mike at Ramona cleaners does not understand this concept. I am a five-time combat veteran, business major, and entrepreneur. When I asked Mike, if he had military discount he went into a diatribe about how this is not a bartering system, but a business, Mike, is tone deaf and not in touch with the community. Instead of supporting the military, he speaks down to us. Perhaps that is because he never served, he does not understand the sacrifices we have undergone. I strongly recommend no one patronizes this business and if you have, please discontinue. My wife and I are impressed beyond words of how clean our coach cushions came out! We had the coax for almost a year now and we own a Labrador..who loves water and often brings home extra "undesired" dirt. He also has a dedicated spot on our coach that he made his own. Ramona's cleaners were not only able to get all the stains out and my dogs hair...but the coach looks as new as the day it arrived. Service was very prompt. I was originally quoted a completion day of Monday, but received a call Saturday morning that order was ready ahead of time; this was very convenient for us. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. They have ruined 3 of my blouses and took no accountability for them. They tried to blame it on me! Coaching one of their workers to say that they never received the shirts in its proper form, so in other words I am the liar! They can not be worn. These shirts are a size medium, they look like 1xl or 2xl. Do not bring your mushroom crinkle blouses here, they will ruin them! Good thing that I found a good cleaners somewhere else. I know people make mistakes, but instead of trying to fix it or take accountability, they blamed me. I will drop dead before I bring another item into their establishment! They also "called me" too. They're ok, they have a new management so it takes them 3 days or more to do the job. I mean the basic dry cleaning job. and the price is competitive but its not the best job ive seen. If there were closer ones to my house id probably switch. this place is very just. Giving 2 stars because they are nice when you walk in and dry cleaning is ok. Now the hemming / tailor part not so well . I took some dressing pants to get hemmed and came about 3 inches longer that I expected. (even after I took a pair of pants to get them done the same length) I didn't notice till I got home. I went back to have them fix the problem and was told they could fix them but would have to pay the full price to get them hemmed again. ?!?! "What?? How can they charge me for something they should have done right the first time ". ?!?! My suggestion is to just take a minute longer going over your items before you leave the business because reading the other feedback I'm not the only one with the same issue. read more

I was a customer for years, but after new owners everything changed for the bad. Prices are too "HIGH" and they did a bad alteration (dress hem)... and destroyed my husband's pants with some chemical...to top it off the owner charged me $ 38.00 dollars just on the dress hem alone...when I've asked her why so expensive, she was so rude and told me to go somewhere else when I asked her to pay for my husband's pants she destroyed. I recommend for anyone to go to QUICK & CLEAN, the prices are way lower,faster and they don't destroy my clothes. I've also seen they have their employees with no air conditioner in the very hot summers...to me that is very inhumane. I brought a 2 piece suit in for them to clean. They left a huge mark on jacket from their pressing machine. I have brought the jacket back 3 times and it gets worse each time. I have tried to speak to the owner. He has only called me one time and all he offered was to give me store credit for the jacket. I can not wear the jacket and since it was part of a suit the suit is now worthless. Why would I take store credit from a store that has already ruined something. I have called numerous times and no return call. I am now in the process of suing them for the cost of the jsuit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

I came here since I work right down the street...they claim that they can provide same day service on their front window, but it is truly a hassle trying to get them to fulfill that claim. This place is the worst dry cleaners to go to. I used to only come here because it's down the street from my house so it was convenient. For years they had great prices and now all of a sudden they almost doubled their prices! When I asked why it was so expensive now the Asian lady told me to go somewhere where it's cheaper because that seems better for me! Never been so disrespected in my life and I'm ashamed that I ever gave them my business, let alone referred people to them! I have been a customer there for years without any problems, until I had a problem. I brought in a brand new dress shirt that my husband had bought just the previous day, just to have it pressed, just wrinkles from the store. I pick it up and take it home, without looking at it, my husband goes to wear it, about a week later, and there is some sort of liquid spots all over it, black shirt so obvious! I bring it to them and they say they did nothing to cause it and that it wasn't a new shirt when I brought it in and that nothing they did could have resulted in that, which in no way was that true!
