I tried to purchase a 4 inch decal through their website last year, which was on sale for like $3 and with the discount code it was like $2. When it came time to check out, I got to shipping and the only options that were available were UPS and the cheapest option was $12. I contacted Garnet and Gold to ask why their only shipping options were UPS and why they would charge $12 to ship a decal and they said that their site should have had USPS options, which I showed a screen shot that it didn't, they sent a free shipping code. When I entered the free shipping code, it said the code wasn't valid. When I tried to reach back out, they couldn't say why the code didn't work and said that there must be an issue with their website and to check back soon. It's now almost a year later and the website still only has UPS listed as their only shipping option. Normally, I wouldn't complain because I LOVE Garnet and Gold and usually I'd just buy it from another source, but Garnet and Gold is the only place that has this particular decal. For me, trying to purchase via their website has been a nightmare and I wouldn't suggest it, but if you go to the store in person, it's fantastic!

A store associate immediately asked if we needed assistance, and when I told her what I was looking for, she gave us a very condescending look/response... Furthermore, my friend found a dress that she wanted to try on and the employee stressed that it was VINTAGE and she hinted that my friend would not be able to fit into the dress!! He asked me questions about my experience and my goals. He even encouraged me to test ride a couple which helped me narrow down which one worked for me. He rides a lot himself and pointed out the pros and cons for me with each bike. He was paying attention to how I got on the bike, and listening to me, suggesting I might do better with another bike because of my abilities and age. I could not have asked for better guidance. I was pleasantly surprised to see running shoes such as Hoka and this REI even had Hoka hiking boots. They had a nice selection of co-op items in the back left of the store. Customer service was pretty amazing as we had at least 3 people help us around the store . I think this location should do well once customers find out about them.With the large space and plenty of parking without a business next door .It should be fairly easy to find some amazing items for outdoor activities to keep you healthy over the holidays.

I received the hat and noticed a small rust-colored stain on the white portion of the hat but accepted the order anyway to be polite and release her earnings. Today I went to put it on in much better lighting and noticed a huge faded line on one side of the hat. This was not disclosed and I cannot open a return due to Poshmark's rules. I rated the purchase accordingly (anything less than 5-star ratings are only visible to the seller, so this was not public), and she then blocked me instead of contacting me to try and make it right.
