When I questioned this, she became irate, yelling at me telling me it is CORPORATE POLICY and flat out refused to provide me with her name even though I asked multiple times. She refused to even provide her first name so I could know who i was speaking to and would only tell me to email the owner if I had a problem. Why would i go to so much trouble to give YOU business? Absolutely terrible. I will be telling all my friends and family avoid this business and use A REPUTABLE service in the area that wont take advantage of you and pull a bait and switch like this woman tried to with me.
