Amazing service at a great price. I pulled my hair out trying to find new axles for my equipment trailer. I called Garrard trailer sale and nobody answered the phone so I hung up thinking I hit another dead end. A little bit later my phone rings and it was Royce with garrard trailer sales who said that he was busy when I called and wanted to know if He could help me with anything. I explained to him what I was looking for and to my surprise he said that he COULD help me! Amazed after being rejected by so many other companies we dove in deeper on my needs and was amazed again that every thing I needed Royce was capable and willing to provide me. I provided Royce with my credit card over the phone to get the parts ordered that I needed. Royce was willing to accept my credit card payment over the phone since I lived in Paris over an hour away. After paying for the special order custom made axles Royce said he would have them in two weeks and sure enough two weeks later Royce call to let me know my custom axles were there! I drove an hour to pick them up and was happy to receive exactly what I ordered. As a small business owner I was happy to find another company that cares about the customer. Great Trailers at an Honest price!!!!! Welding and Fabrication at it's best! Repairs done right like they should be, and if your trailer has a jack that would hit your tailgate if you let it done, they can move the jack or install a different style jack. Nothing worse than a hole in the tailgate of your new truck from dropping it on the top of a jack, except the cost of a new tailgate!!! I couldn't be happier with my recent purchase of a trailer. Roy was very helpful informing me of the features of my trailer. He gave me a very reasonable trade in and did everything to custom fit the trailer to my F250.
