Bought brake pads and rotors in October 2022 it is now March 2023. They are grinding like I need…read morenew pads. I purchased more pads and rotors this morning. I had them installed and then took the used defective parts back to AutoZone. The idiot checking me out rang everything up and the refund that showed up on the credit card reader was $15 less than what I had paid. I questioned him on the amount, and he had no idea why there was a difference. He was wearing a gray shirt so I assumed he was a manager. The receipt states CSR # 22. The poor guy needs some training. I asked if he had a calculator and he said no....1) hes standing at a computer, 2) im sure he has a cell phone, 3) im sure theres a calculator in the store. I had to walk out to my car and get my cell phone in order to have a calculator to use. All this guy wanted to do was argue with me, but had no idea why the total on the credit card reader showed a significantly less amount than what was paid. I decided to proceed and signed the machine so that I could look at the receipt. Tax is not included on the amount that shows on the credit card reader, and this gentleman who I believe was a manager had no idea that's how it works. It would've saved him being nasty to me and quite a few minutes of my time if he had been trained properly. It's Richmond Kentucky so I wouldn't expect a whole lot more than that. Drive to Lexington and avoid the idiots in Richmond.

As this was our only vehicle, when he heard I would have to find a ride Roberto came and picked me up to go to his shop. The local Nissan dealership wasn't able to accommodate our vehicle the NV3500 (what dealership doesn't have the lift to cover ALL their vehicles?) and recommended that I take it to their other Nissan shop which meant I would have to pay to tow my vehicle almost 35minutes away.
