They don't work on diesels trucks much and don't know what they are doing. They spent 2 weeks learning on my truck and didn't get it right. The only saving grace was that I had written them a check and was able to cancel it and renegotiate with them for what I thought was more than they deserved. They had the opportunity to say we don't work on diesels pickups but they saw my out of state plates and thought they could take me for a ride. I drove with no heat there and back with a child.
