The septic work appears to be in good standing except that the cable line was cut and then reburried below grade without a word of warning. My biggest problem is that they removed a surf board and a custom framed photograph that hung above the mantle of the fire place from the residence without permission. When they were contacted about the missing property they dragged their feet in replying. I finally had to personally confront the owner, AJ Shinner. He said: "Oh, an employee probably took them by accident and we've had some lawn sales since then and, well, I can t find it..." Beware, this company is not accountable for its actions and is not willing to accept responsibility for the errors and/or misbehavior of its employees.

He has great relations with his past customers - he put us in contact with a previous customer so we could go and see their kitchen, and later sent a prospective customer to look at ours. He is extremely responsive by phone and email. He sends plans by mail, as well. Sam has great personal integrity - he is a straight-shooter, genuine; the money aspects are always clear, and he does what he says he'll do when he promised it. RVG quotes are fair and accurate, usually coming in even under the estimated amount. The first project was to get a variety of small things done, troubleshoot solar/PowerWall/UPS issues, and install a new meter box, because water and repetitive pulling had damaged it. Rick took care of arranging for the utility to assist with a disconnect, ran a new line from the eve, replaced the meter box, ran some new circuits, and determined why they PowerWall was tripping the UPSs. Later, during the pandemic, an RVG installer came by, with COVID19 precautions, and installed some new light switches, and a ceiling fan for me. Rick also did troubleshooting on a radiant floor heating system. Most recently, the team was back again, installing a new circuit for an EV Level 2 charger, hardwired that, and installed a dedicated circuit for my electric wood splitter. They gutted the existing lighting in the garage, and replaced the hodge podge of fixtures with bright, efficient, LED shop lights. I sleep better knowing RVG Electrical has properly done the wiring and that it was all done right.
