    Although this company performs some basic services its people are unequipped and unskilled at…read moredealing with problems. My experience is that they are poor listeners and have weak professional skill sets. It seems like a passive income business, you do all the work and they reap all the profits for providing space. My lease stated it would not replace windows. I realized on the first night here there was a bullet hole in one window. It seems a rather shady business. The office on main street is shabby, disorderly and full of stuff. I would not do business with them twice.

When maintenance needs to be done it can take up to two to three months for it to happen. When I moved into my apartment there was a hole in the floor of my bathroom, no smoke detector, and the apartment wasn't cleaned when I moved in, yet I still had to pay for a cleaning deposit. The other tenants of this apartment building are also crooks and thieves. I have had my GPS stolen from my car, and most recently packages stolen from my door step. These acts of theft are not uncommon here either, and are almost common place. If you have any interest in renting in Montpelier, stay away from this place completely. I would recommend looking at craigslist or trying to find a private owner that you may rent from.

My online consultation was great, and generally speaking the design aspect went well until it came time for material samples and timelines. That was when they stopped communicating, responding to emails, phone calls, or text messages. After my deck was demolished, they basically vanished, and after almost 2 months of no work being perform I had to terminate my contract, request my money back, and start over with a new contractor. Very unpleasant experience, and the owner has deferred any responsibility to this day.

Let's just say we moved in to a not so up to par apartment, but we moved out and left it 100x better than we found it. Promised to fixing things and never did or it would take constant calls and texts for him to come; those projects were never full finished. We made sure we would get our security deposit back, as my partner cleans and repairs housing so we knew exactly how to fix any small issues from normal wear and tear. It has now been 24 days since we moved out, I notified him on the 31st that we had moved out and cleaned. According to Vermont state law, he has 14 days to provide me with a statement of why he is not paying, or a check-- he has done neither. Multiple attempts via email,texts and phone and no response... DO NOT PURCHASE/RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM MICAH PAROLINE OR HIS COMPANY.

Realtor only wanted to sell fast because she wanted to show off" to co-workers (that she despised) how fast she could sell a house. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.Worst experience of my life.
