If I had to identify cons I would say that their communication between signing the contract and the start of the project was minimal and that the subcontractor they selected for resurfacing my driveway was not good as they left a finished product that I'm not totally satisfied with. He then told me I should have called him. He claimed the problem was with my e-mail service, not his. My e-mail works fine . It is Mr. Nichols that doesn't. He essentially said he really didn't need my business and that " I contacted him". Yes, from a business ad in which he reached out to the public. I believe there are some responsibility problems here. There is professional help out there, maybe they will return his contact. If not , stay away.
