I tried several options previously: A person that weeded and mulched for me but didn't know the difference between weeds and emerging growth. A company that was not reliable and would not show up consistently or sometimes not at all. Then at the recommendation of a neighbor I called Guy to help me clear out the back of my lot. And from there maintenance. Guy's staff does a fantastic job with the spring and fall cleanup as well as season long maintenance. They know what they are doing. I have also had areas where I've needed grass put in after a construction project and it has come out beautifully! In the last week they replanted another area for me. I met with Guy and told him what plants I wanted currently in the space, and would figure out the rest after, but wanted to get the shrubs in so they would be established before winter. I also asked them to transplant some lilies and a hydrangea from my front garden to the new area. They also re-built a low retaining wall for me last week. Whether it's a new project, soft or hardscape or hydro seeding Boulay Landscaping can handle the challenge.

In my opinion, Ramsdell could not care any less for their customers. Also, they charge for travel time to work in York and they do not tell you that unless you ask. I found out too late. Lastly, if there were spots that did not lay deep enough, I would have first expected that your company would have noticed that immediately when laying the pipe made the proper correction before proceeding. For these reasons, I have no intention of paying you for this invoice and I hope you reconsider your position. I paid a premium for you guys to install my irrigation (including travel time which I found out about after the fact) and would have expect for you to stand behind your work.
