I had a small edition (250 copies) art book digitally printed at this firm. While the printing came…read moreout great, the binding for the cover was problematic. The toner on the cover cracked or flaked off in spots but they never said anything about this problem and boxed up the books for me to pick up knowing that I was being given a less than quality product. In addition, there was an uneven application of a coating added to the book cover, which makes the cover look unfinished. I contacted the owner and his son about either reprinting or giving me credit for the damaged books (about 30) since I cannot use them for promotional purposes or sell them. I was told by the owner, Fred, that since it was over six months since my books were printed they were unable to help me. Even though I had complained in both a few emails and a phone call not long after I paid for the book printing, they have refused to give me any recompense or store credit for their bad printing. They are not the professional outfit I thought they were and I would advise anyone who has printing requirements, to avoid them. They are not someone you want to do business with nor do they seem to be concerned about the clients satisfaction.
