He answered texts/calls, sent status updates, and successfully shipped a newly acquired old car from NM to CA without a hitch. One convincing factor for me choosing Gary was that HE is the direct broker, not a broker's agent. This means he pays his chosen hauler after delivery, not you... which is more typical.
