And they have a drop off option where I can drop the keys off on a weekend instead of paying for an extra day. With other rental companies, I have received an email the day before a trip telling me they don't have my vehicle and my whole trip is ruined or altered. Despite completing the check-in we were asked who we worked for, who our insurance company was and how much our deductible was, in front of a room of other waiting customers. This is completely a non-standard practice for an Enterpise. The woman behind the counter was unprofessional and denied me a vehicle after I pointed out the inconsistency. Longview was the only place open on Sunday. They found us a large suv at a really good price. Women we returned it a few days later, we traded for a really nice GMC crew cab at a great price. Once we bought our new truck, we returned the gmc to the Euless branch which was a half mile from where we bought our new truck. Euless staff were also excellent, professional, and helpful.

The day that we go to pick up our vehicle, they tell us 30 minutes before our pick up time that they can't rent to us. Apparently we have a past due balance from 2021, which cool great we'll pay it. They then inform us (after I asked several times and they said paying with a debit card is no problem) that we can't pay with a debit card when renting anything with a 3rd row. So instead of telling us all of this maybe the three times I spoke to them before the time of pick up so that we could have resolved any issues before our trip, they let us know as we're on our way to pick up the car. We have 4 kids and must have a 3rd row but all of our credit cards have a $500 limit. Get your shit together enterprise or at least figure out a way to help your customers.

Ubox department lost one of my boxes and charged me to move an empty box from Georgia to Texas. They refunded my money and called that compensation for all the mess ups. Delivery was late and I had to pay for movers twice. This company does very little for their customers and what they do, do is wrong. Take your money and sanity elsewhere.

A brand-new 26' "Gentle Ride" van is nothing gentle. Moving across the Rockies, it was severely under-powered, felt like I had ZERO suspension and my expensive things in the back were falling apart due to the roughness of the vehicle. I had bolts and nuts from items rolling across the deck, major oscillations on concrete freeways that didn't change with speed, and a 60% loss of power on inclines due to the under-powered gasoline engine. During the bumps, the vehicle displayed anti-lock brake errors as well as airbag errors which went away when on a perfectly smooth roadway. I've driven semi trucks from box trucks to combination trailers and have NEVER experienced such a rough ride before. If you are considering rental transportation across ANY mountainous ranges, you will deeply regret utilizing this vehicle type. My recommendation is to provide UHaul customers with the option to reserve diesel vehicles with air ride equipment to better protect your belongings. Since they do not seem to offer such vehicles, I highly recommend renting a Penske truck with those very features, even if it takes more effort to load/unload. Would NOT recommend to a friend.
