This Auto Body shop is fantastic. I walked in and the woman at there front desk was wonderful. Pleasant, listened patiently, really helped work through what needed to be done. The gentleman there came right out and looked at the car, took pictures and tole me what could be done. They gave me an estimate and the woman, sorry I do not remember names, at the desk helped me fax the information over to Kia Support. I wanted to make sure that Kia Support received the fax and they said to wait a couple hours and than call back to check. Before I was to call back the body shop called and let me know the fax didn't go through. What service. I went back and she allowed me to talk to Kia Support and make sure the number was correct and again took the time to fax the information back through. I recently took my Subaru Outback to Garvey Auto Body to repair damage to the rear passenger door and rear quarter panel. I arrived for an estimate without an appointment and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. From there they handled all the paperwork with my insurance company. The repair was completed in the 1 week time period promised. Enterprise rental picked me up at their shop when I dropped off the car and took me back when I picked it up.
