Lussiers is the best place for any kind of car work. Either mechanical or body. They are hard workers and the pricing is really fair. Whether I just have an oil change or brake work or if you need a part, they are right there for you. If they need to order a part, they get a perfect rebuilt one. Also they do incredible body work at the best prices. They also are aware of newer cars being mostly computers so they have that equipment as well. I had my 2015 VW Beetle Convertible repaired at Lussier's. The service was completed effectively, but took some time since there were multiple issues with the convertible top and parts had to be ordered. I will say that the customer service at Lussier's is unmatched. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. I was regularly updated on the progress of the repair and what was being done on the car. I did feel that the price might have been a bit high, but I did not get quotes anywhere else, so I am not sure. I am satisfied with the work and would come back in the future, particularly because of the people. We are from out of state and were involved in a serious car accident. The damage was so extensive, we could not drive the car back to our home state. We researched, read reviews, and decided on Lussier's Autobody for our repairs. The crew at Lussier's told us the car should have been declared a total loss, but the insurance adjuster did not approve this. We had no choice but to return home and wait for the repairs to be made. Lussier's put in a considerable amount of time to bring our 5-month-old car back to the condition it was before the accident, all done to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. While the repairs were being made, Ben kept us informed as to the progress they were making at each stage of the repair and included detailed photos. They tested all the systems to make sure that everything was in order and that we would not experience anything unexpected in our long drive home. The level of detail and workmanship was outstanding. It is impossible to tell by viewing or driving the car that it was ever in such a serious accident. It looks and feels like it is a brand new car. In addition to the skill and professionalism of the staff, we were treated with respect from our first contact by phone to the day we picked up our vehicle. I'm a pretty new Lussier's customer. I used to go to Ruddy's, but Ruddy Sr. retired and they closed. So far: - Lussier's fit me in last minute before Christmas for an oil change and a check-engine light diagnosis (though I had never contacted them before) to confirm my Saturn was safe to make a long drive for the holidays. Mike wrote up a (surprisingly low) estimate for the check-engine light issue (bad catalytic converter) and told me the car was safe to drive but would need to be fixed before it could pass another inspection. They just had me pay for the oil change and wouldn't take anything for the diagnosis and estimate. - So, a week ago the Saturn was totaled (thanks a lot, hit-and-run driver)... I called Lussier's and offered to pay for the diagnosis and estimate (as now the repair will never get done), but again they wouldn't take my money. - Today I test-drove a Toyota for sale (to replace totaled car) and liked it. I called Lussier's to see what a good time for them would be to look it over (I am not a car-savvy person), and they told me I could bring it right over! They looked it over thoroughly and test-drove it themselves, in the process discovering some issues that the seller hadn't known existed (and that would have been problems for me). To my surprise, again they refused payment. Ben and Mike (the two I have dealt with directly thus far) have both been really patient and clear in explaining what the problems have been with the two vehicles I brought there. When I finally purchase a car, I will be bringing it to Lussier's for all work. I have had horrible experiences with dealerships in the past, so it is worth the longer drive from home to get to a mechanic shop that is honest and doesn't talk over your head. (I am cross-posting this on Google. It's hard to find good mechanics, so every bit helps. :) ) read more

Lussier's is the best! I needed a new control arm for my car and had to have it done immediately. Within an hour of dropping my car off I received an estimate for the repair and it was completed the same day! I unfortunately had another issue - also needed new brakes and rotors - luckily Ben and his team saved the day and again had it done in no time at all! I was under a huge time constraint and these guys came to my rescue. After dropping my car off they even gave me a ride back to work. They were very professional and friendly! I have a strange noise in the front end of my car. I go to many other body shops and they ask me to change both the upper and lower control arm, which cost me a lot but the problem still there. Lussier's give me a detail check of my car and solve the problem only by cutting a portion of the plastic of my car. I did appreciate for Lussier's work and I will go back whenever my car have problems. read more
