We called this place and they immediately took our car in. They had to order the window but said it could be done by Monday at 9am, maybe earlier. They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. Maybe a slightly overpromise and slight underdeliver but all in all would come back here if we needed service.

Unfortunately, we had to get another claim set up after the first one, same year, was done sloppily at Gerber C & G from Portland on SE Grant St. When brought into McMinnville GCG, they discovered my daughters bumper was a mess underneath. There were bolts missing, parts of plastic ripped off, the bumper could not be tacked on due to stripped bolts. If the first Gerber in Portland had told us about the condition, and insurance would only pay some since it was an older car, we would have added our own money to do a decent job. Instead we had to pay $500 deductible 2X.

He told me he would "text me a confirmation for the date and time shortly as he is walking on a busy street" After not hearing back for a few hours I followed up via text and call (left a voicemail) same day. Called again on Friday (another voicemail) - no response Left another voicemail on Saturday - no response Assuming he is closed on Sunday and that I'd hear back by Monday afternoon/evening - I left it alone. Last and final attempt to reach him late Monday afternoon - no response. There are too many tint shops in the area - time is money; spend it wisely.
