From the start every contact with this operation has been first rate. I was at Van specialties in Tualatin and they recommended this shop for van detailing so I drove over to check it out. Oscar quoted the job scheduled it and I showed up. They were ready for me on time at 9 AM and I picked it up at 5 PM with a new looking van awaiting my next adventure. I turned in a van that was winter muddy, dirty streaked and grimy. I got back a pristine van with all the black renewed and clear coated. They even did a quick internal clean so I drove out of there with a huge smile and can't wait for my next adventure. I can't recommend the services more highly read more

We have used Willy before for detailing (probably around 2013) and were happy with his ship's work, but will never ever again and would not recommend it. Called to inquire about what the Groupon price included and as we wanted the carpets and upholstery shampooed decided against getting the Groupon and instead paid $149.99 for the executive interior detail. Also inquired about dent and scratch repair, and was told that the owner, Willy, would look at it and see if it was something their repair guy they use could do. Upon check-in for our appointment we confirmed that those things we specifically requested would be done. The gentleman assured us he would let Willy know to look over the vehicle for us to let us know about the scratches and dents we wanted repaired. Upon pickup, after an entire 7 hours at the shop, the vehicle looked as though it hadn't even been touched. We looked it over at home and it had not even been vacuumed, let alone shampooed. Mats were still dirty, upholstery still stained. Further, our request to have the dents and scratches looked at by Willy was either not communicated to him by either individual, or he just forgot. Regardless, he just took a quick look upon pickup and then gave us the phone number of someone who might be able to fix it for us. And to top it all off, they had neglected to put the owner's manual and insurance/registration back into the vehicle glove box! We were very disappointed with the entire experience and immediately went in the next day. On arriving, the same woman was there and when we explained we were not at all satisfied with the detail job, she was arguing it had all been done until she was shown directly how dirty it still was inside. She asked it we would like to set up another appointment to have it done and we requested it be completed that day. When picked up the 2nd time, it had been shampooed but still the level of detailing cleanliness was lacking. It was absolutely NOT worth $149.99 and not much better than we could have done ourselves. Sadly, Willy won't be getting our business again. Whether it is a lack of attention by him to supervise and oversee the cleaning done by his employees or just a lack of attention to detail by him, the quality of the shop's work is poor at best. The fact that we had to return our vehicle for another whole day to have the work done correctly is frustrating and unnecessary. read more

I recently bought my dream car, a first generation Honda CR-V. It was a one owner vehicle, but I don't think it had been really cleaned since 1998! I did a full deep detail myself and even restored the plastic trim, but I wanted the paint professionally restored. It was quite dulled, and there were a lot of superficial scratches, especially around the door handles. I took it to Willy's to buff out the scratches, polish and wax the finish. The paint looked great when I picked it up, as it was raining hard and the rain was beading up nicely. Two days later when the rain finally stopped and it dried, I could see what a bad job they did. There was residue left all over the place...around the door handles, on the trim, windows, and in all the crevices. I went back up there, and I was given the opportunity to show Willy why I was unhappy with the work. He agreed it was not well done, and offered to redo it himself. After the redo, the residue was gone from around the door handles, but overall it actually looked worse than before. There was now residue on the trim and also the windows, and they had done a very sloppy job of dressing the tires and bumpers (which I never asked for or wanted done from the beginning). The front bumper was left greasy looking with excess dressing that was never wiped up, and the tires looked terrible. One star because even though they tried to make it right, they only made it worse. read more

I will say that they were very responsive via email and were able to get a dent/some minor scratches out of my car at a reasonable price, so I do appreciate that. That being said- I was disappointed with the detail service. I purchased a groupon that stated the reg. price of $175, I paid $79 for the groupon. When I picked up my car, the back seat didn't even look vacuumed, there was dust visible on the dash and gear shift. When I brought it to their attention I was told I bought a groupon and I could pay an additional $79.99 for a detail. So, don't be fooled by the reg price of $175 that is not the same service you will get with a groupon. The service I received is similar to the $25 service I get done at my regular place in 30 minutes or less. read more

Had appointment for Vanessa at 10:00 am 1/26/23. Two stars cause receptionist up at front was rude and was being smart when I checked in. Previous times when I've had my windows tinted they always pulled me to the side to verify exactly what I want on my vehicle. I asked to go over the shade tints with whoever was going to install my tint. She questioned me didn't understand why she said "why you're JUST getting two roll ups?" Umm because I'm paying for a service and would like to make sure I get what I am paying for. Pulling a customer over to the side to verify shades is standard at all tint shops I've previously been to. But if that's Willy's usual way of doing things then it's definitely the last time I show up here. But anyway after being sarcastic with me she just said never mind and walked away. Next thing you know a guy come out, doesn't introduce himself but was actually polite and finally went ove t the shades with me. He had tattoos not sure if this was Willy or not. Service I ended up getting was only 1 window tinted after inspection by guy with tattoos. Service lasted about 1 hr. Paid $70 for 1 window tinted in my 2021 Toyota Camry. At the end or service another woman came out, was a white Caucasian female. She broke my key chain with my key fob on it. Thankfully it was just the chain. She really tried to hand me over broken pebbles off my keychain with a smirk on her face. She didn't even apologize for it. I told her I didn't need broken pieces of my key chain and that they can be thrown away. But not even an apology. Just a smirk. Oh and she didn't even throw them away she just left them on the counter next to me WHILE I checked out. But yup no apology, no oops it was an accident, no discount. JUST A SMIRK. Then I went into my car and notice there was scraps of tint all over my windshield as I was getting ready to drive off. It was just annoying having to get back out and clean off someone else's mess that was left on my car. Anywho tint looks ok so far for 1 day after. Will update and adjust my review if tint installation is at least good. read more

This review is from services earlier this year, but it has been bugging me for some time now. I hate to write a bad review of a small business, but I feel it is warranted. This was my third visit to Willy's. All times my car has been spotless, so that is not the issue. The first time I used a Groupon, and it was a smooth transaction, although when you go to their website to see the value of the Groupon, there are no services that line up with what you are buying. It's hard to know what the actual prices of anything are. The second and third time I called to get a price. Both times Willy seemed to just make prices up on the spot, since they varied throughout the conversation. After both visits, my car mysteriously cost an additional $50 when I went to pick it up. At the most recent visit, I asked why it wasn't the price that was quoted. The woman at the register said, "Oh, it starts at that price, and goes up, depending on condition." I had a fairly lengthy conversation with Willy himself before bringing it in, and that was never mentioned. There was nothing exceptionally dirty about my car that would warrant the additional charge, and if there had been, a courtesy call to ask if it was okay to exceed the agreed upon dollar amount would have been appreciated. The thing that was most upsetting, however, was that we were under a full mask mandate at the time (and vaccines weren't available yet), and both times we went in, there were no masks worn by employees. I don't expect masks when they are alone in the garage or outside, but we were in a tiny little reception room with no air flow. When we dropped the car off, I thought maybe they just forgot to put it back on when we were there, and we were just in and out. When I picked the car up, the lady at the register, who was very friendly otherwise, was again maskless. I asked, "Aren't you supposed to be wearing a mask?" She mumbled, "Oh, I don't wear those," and instead went all the way to her car to get a clear face shield (which do nothing), put it on for one minute, then took it off again while I was still there. The fact that she had to go out to her car to get it showed that she had no intention of wearing anything at all. Is it too much to ask to wear a mask for the five minutes you have a customer with you in a small space? Even if you think the masks are silly, maybe your customers, who are paying you hundreds of dollars, would feel more comfortable with your wearing them? After that I looked around the room and saw some of the décor... a picture of a hand grenade with a "Problem? Take a number" tag attached to the pull pin, and a "Protected by the Second Amendment" sign in the front. I realized this is not the establishment for me. Sorry, Willy's. You do a nice job on the cars, but you should leave your politics out of your business if you want to attract the other half of the population. And please be forthcoming with your prices on your website, over the phone, and stop with the sneaky upcharges when it's pick up time. read more

I had a great experience. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. I figured the Groupon would give me interior only. Which was fine. I only needed that done. They washed the outside so well the car shines. I got a compliment today on my car's color. Nobodys done that since it was new 5 years ago. I also had an old sticker I needed taken off the back window and wasn't able to do on my own. They did it at no extra charge. I couldn't have been happier. read more

My brand new Crosstrek had EXTENSIVE damage to the finish due to a crappy sprinkler system at my apartment complex. Hard water spots that had been baked on by summer heat for a couple months. Willy fixed it good as new for less than I thought it would cost. I cannot recommend him enough! read more

I took my car in for a detail exactly one year ago today. We had a brand new jeep top put on and I asked them to please be careful with the top and not to wash it. There was overspray all over the top all of the fenders in multiple spots on the bumpers as well. I spoke to Willy the owner, and he did apologize. However, the car was in California and was not able to fix. I set up a detail again just this weekend to give another try because we have used them multiple times. Asked them to only clean the interior due to the mess ups of the exterior last time. When I came in to pick it up, multiple parts on the interior were not clean. The gentleman told me that "it's different" on jeeps and he was at fault for not explaining that to us. He not once offered to fix it instead, he took 50 off. Which I appreciated. The work that they do is nice when they complete it all. I sent an email to the owner Willie over the weekend and still have not heard back. I would just say when using this business, make sure to communicate fully and understand exactly what they are cleaning because what you think they're going to clean and what they actually do clean are two different things. read more

We bought a Groupon after seeing so many positive reviews. When we booked our appointment I let them know we would likely need more than what the Groupon covered. They said it would be no problem, but that they would just need to car a little longer. Not a big deal since we knew the car needed a lot of attention. We were blown away by the results. Outstanding job, my truck looked like it did the day I drove it off the car lot. Willy's GAD knocked it out of the park. There wasnt a single dog hair in the carpet, and it looked and smelled like a new vehicle. The exterior was waxed and the shine was amazing. I cannot stress to you enough how happy I was. I had paid the same amount 6 months previously to someone else and I felt completely ripped off. Not this time. Thank you to Willy and his staff for taking great care of my Truck! I took my dirty little Prius to be detailed this weekend since it turned 100,000 miles last week. Holy new car Batman! I looked brand spanking new! They even got the hay out of the carpet in the trunk and the makeup off the visor! Then, the day after I got my car detailed, a chip magically showed up in my windshield. I texted Willy and he told me to bring it back since they do windshield repair as well. Literally, it was fixed in under 10 min, no charge. Now THAT is the kind of business you want to support! I purchased a GroupOn coupon and brought my Toyota Tacoma crew-cab in at 9AM for interior detail. Let me assure you, my vehicle is a rolling tool chest, a kennel on wheels (two dogs) and the vehicle's interior has been ignored for a long, long time. I knew it would be a difficult task. I'm also well aware that auto detailing is a labor-intensive effort. I pressed on to other priorities of my day and received a call about 4-5 hours later that the truck was ready. In the light of a sunny day, I examined the areas of concern. I am very satisfied with their work and, with two dogs, you can bet I will need more such work in the future. My initial (morning) contact was with a gentleman named Jose, and the job was completed by the owner, Willy. I'm pleased to recommend them, and wish them success in this venture. read more

Bought a Living Social deal and left my car for 6 hours for an interior detail. Upon return there was dust on the steering wheel, crumbs in the back, a cough drop wrapper on the floor and overall just a mediocre cleaning job was performed on my sports coupe. As you can imagine, I was frustrated. The owner seemed concerned that such a poor job was done he offered to do it again. I explained that I had already left the car for 6 hours and needed to go. Upon getting home I saw a quarter sized dent on my driver's side door. I immediately drove back and asked what the heck happened. The shop denied doing it, however after about 10 days of phone calls they agreed to have their paint-less dent guy remove the dent. I dropped the car off and he did a fantastic job of removing the dent from my car. Needless to say I won't be going back here. I do not recommend them for interior detail because of the reasons above. I do appreciate them doing the right thing and fixing the dent that "suddenly" appeared while my car was at their shop. read more

We had used Willy's last year for detailing on a Groupon. And were very happy with their work. So we bought the Groupon again this year. Made an appointment and dropped the car off. They called and said it was ready. When we arrived The gal inside said I will take you out. About half out to the car. She said "Oh wait, they haven't done the windows yet". So we waited inside about 30 min. She came and got us. And the car looked nice. Being summertime. It was about 3 weeks until I need to wash the car again. After washing you could clearly see the car had not been waxed. Which was included in the Groupon we had purchased. Water was not beading up at all. I think all I paid for was a washing. They cut corners and ripped us off. Will never use them again. read more

I took my car in and the results were excellent. I try not to let my car get too out of control and often clean it myself. However, when I can I would rather have someone else do it. When someone else does it, I expect it to be as clean or cleaner than I would do it, otherwise it's just irritating. I dropped of my car and several hours later it was done. They were pretty busy (which is a sign of good business to me). When I picked up my car, the exterior and interior were cleaner that it had ever been. I received a call asking if for an additional $50.00 I wanted the upholstery and carpet cleaned. I would have expected a "regular price of $175.00" to include that but apparently it did not. I decided to go ahead and spend the additional $50.00 and the job was very well done. Car looks good, service was exceptional... the employee who did the work was friendly and personable. My car looked absolutely fantastic. I have a black/ chrome vehicle and it looked so pretty and shiny. My interior was also completely cleaned; which I didn't except.
