Shortly before my appointment I hurt my lower back and had even more side effects from that, that became concerning so I wrote up my symptoms and some questions for the doctor. When I went in for my first appointmnet I was surprised at how many people there were and stood in line for awhile. They took my insurance information then had me give a urine sample and then take a seat to be called. The shear volume of people was crazy, but I figured with the long list of doctor's at this practice it wasn't that big of a stretch. I waited for about 20 to 25min and they called me back to see Dr. Chevli. With questions in hand I went back with my husband and we met Dr. Chevli for the first time. He was a very pleasant and thorough doctor and set up a panel of tests to be run to find out what the problem was. I was still having UTI symptoms but tested negative for infection so he gave me my slip for the blood work and testing and I was sent to scheduling. I felt at ease with this doctor and knew I would be back because of this. They were able to draw my blood work there and also ran a series of tests to check my bladder. Scheduling was a grueling wait and at least one of my visits there I had to leave before being scheduled due to having other appointments, but they were happy to schedule over the phone. The staff seemed over worked, but polite and efficient. After all my tests were run I was diagnosed with Interstial cystitis and recieved medication to relieve my symptoms, followed up with a bladder stretching which I have done several times now. The doctor always came in with a calm and reassuring demeanor and always stated that he would get me some relief soon and he did. I did not give them a 5 star because of the sheer wait there was when scheduling tests and appointments and some of the staff seemed over worked and frustrated. And also because of their lax covid meassures. As I am immuno compromised, can get sick easily and wear my mask most of the time even as mask mandates loosened. Dr. Chevli is an amazing doctor and I trust him immensely. He is kind, has a wonderful bed side manner and if you are in need of an urologist I would highly recommend!

Dr. Carl's office is staffed by great people who always greet you with a warm smile. The waiting…read moreroom is small but comfortable, perfect for the steady stream of patients here to receive the expert care of the Doctor and his staff. They always try to work you in if you're running late, and are quick to call if an earlier appointment comes available for you. Dr. Carl himself is attentive and eager to help, explaining everything fully to his patients. You're always treated like an important part of your care here, and he engages you in the decision making regarding how to proceed. This is a wonderful and sadly rare trait in a physician, and is one of the major reasons I keep coming back to him.

I was discharged within 24 hrs of my surgery. My husband and daughters were calling the hospital to say I wasn't ready to be discharged. I felt I should not be discharged so I complained but she discharged me anyways with full insurance. Never again.

I was saying what I needed and SHE was RUDE, KEPT CUTTING OFF MY STATEMENTS and SNIPPY. I was very respectful and did not deserve that. I am going through enough trying to take care of my loved one. I was referred to a 'Physician's Assistant' Nicole Ehrman by my doctor. After telling her my…read moresymptoms and that the med I was taking was working, she dismissed this because I was on it for too long. She had to consult with an actual urologist but the one she wanted to consult with wasn't available. The one she talked to wanted to put me on meds I had taken previously and were ineffective. When I informed her of this she went to get the doctor. This urologist did not know my medical history or my symptoms and didn't believe me when I told him I tested negative for what he believed I had. The visit was a complete waste of time and I would not recommend.

Off the main lobby is a Spot coffee which is well staffed; the cafeteria has a very good reputation for fresh and healthy food. The two soups are made daily; there's a pizza bar, two salad bars, a grill, and sandwiches made to order. After hours, there's a refrigerator for grab-and-go selections.
