Instead, she sat in a chair for over 15 hours with spinal stenosis and severe back problems. This is completely unacceptable- how can a provider only see WELL patients. She was not an infection risk. I am not pregnant with my 2nd daughter and I actually switched back to MNPG OBGYN from geisinger greys woods as the staff at mount nittany is much more understanding and kind and caring. I only gave 4 stars due to 1 or 2 of the doctors are very rude and short and don't listen or provide the care/respect I want and deserve. Other than that I highly recommend Mount Nittany for your pregnancy or overall OB/GYN health care. ALSO: Dr. Cherry is the most amazing kind caring understanding doctor I have ever met anywhere. She truly cares about you and what she does as she is informational, helpful in any and every way, she listens to what you feel or need or think is best, she provides the best care I've ever had for all of my pregnancies!! Specialist said it should have been caught at my 8 week appointment as he had access to all history/ultrasounds etc. I will never ever be returning to this OB. I suspect I have fibroids based on my symptoms. When I told him I was having severe menstrual pain, back pain, stabbing pain in my abdomen, and ridiculously heavy bleeding he told me I had a hypoechoic lesion (you mean a frickin FIBROID) on my uterus, but it was too small for pain and it's my bowels. IT'S NOT MY BOWELS!! The gastric Dr. sent me to the OBGYN. Bowels don't cause excessive menstrual bleeding and painful intercourse. Bottom line, Dr. Scott showed zero interest in reassuring me, helping me with a diagnosis or helping me with my pain. ​ He also likes to hide his reviews to sway his results!
