They scheduled me for today March 25th which is the only day off I have from work I might add (tuesdays), and I drove an hour and a half to get to my appointment only to be told again that they wouldnt see me simply because I didnt confirm my appointment verbally with them. I thought I confirmed my appointment when I called and was forcefully rescheduled for today? Even more infuriating is the fact that I literally called last thursday to confirm my appointment date with them which was another verbal confirmation that I provided. But because I didnt answer their call the day before (because I work a 10 hr shift at a call center) they cancel my appointment that Ive been waiting three weeks for? What is the purpose of even having an appointment if you're not going to honor it? Needless to say, I won't be wasting my time coming back if this is how they treat their patients. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a dental office and its quite obvious they only care about lining their pockets with this type of practice because after sharing my experience several others I know had similar experiences with this company. Too bad too because I was prepared to drop a few grand on some badly needed dental implants but I absolutely will not be giving my hard earned money to people who are that inconsiderate. The dentist is not my favorite place to go due to some bad experiences as a kid in a dental chair but Dr. Griffith made me feel extremely relaxed and really made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire procedure. I've never had a better dental experience and I have finally found a dental office that I'll be returning to on a regular basis. Thank you Brookside Dental for taking great care of me.

I had explained I am a full time student, part time worker and have a family to take care of, but I guess that did not matter. My concerned mother called their office about this and she was treated terribly. The people on the phone even raised their voice at her for using the word "honey". This is unacceptable especially in what's supposed to be a friendly close knit community. I already have terrible anxiety about the dentist to begin with and this has just made it worse, honestly. If they will treat me like that before making it to the office, makes me wonder how they will treat me in the chair. I can't comment on the actual dental care, it could be good or it could be bad but, what I can comment on is their customer service and it is bad. I can not recommend this for a person who has a life outside that dental office or someone that has anxiety about the dentist.

Was a patient here for the last 3 or 4 years. I was recently dropped as a patient to cover up a…read moremistake made by one of the secretaries that cased a delay in my care. I have never missed an appointment or not paid my bills. Plus, I have great insurance. I have been needing crowns since March, and after I saw the endodonstist, Dr. Eve's failed to follow up with me. They said to wait a month for pre-auth from my insurance. I called them 6 weeks later only to be told they hadn't submitted the pre-auth. I got justifiably angry over the phone, but the person I talked to said I cursed at her. I did not. She had poor conflict resolution skills and only escalated the conversation with an angry patient. She never apologized either. Remember, this was their mistake that delayed my patient care. Meanwhile, the secretary made the false accusation against me that got me dropped as a patient. Dr. Eves refused to talk with me and I never got to tell my side of the story. Gutless! Dropping a patient when they need your care is the most heartless thing a doctor can do. Avoid this dentist!!! There are many other great, caring dentists in the area without all the drama or lack of compassionate care.

I was extremely nervous cause all my friends said it was going to hurt a lot. Well thanks to Dr.Lucy & staff I didn't have any pain. i could feel the pressure, could hear the drill, etc. but there was no pain thanks to the numbing gel & nitrous. Not going to lie, the implant was not cheap but it was well worth every penny And I would gladly go back if I happen to break another tooth.
