The dentist is not my favorite place to go due to some bad experiences as a kid in a dental chair but Dr. Griffith made me feel extremely relaxed and really made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire procedure. I've never had a better dental experience and I have finally found a dental office that I'll be returning to on a regular basis. Thank you Brookside Dental for taking great care of me.

They went on further to say they wouldn't reschedule me anymore since I have had to reschedule different times. I had explained I am a full time student, part time worker and have a family to take care of, but I guess that did not matter. My concerned mother called their office about this and she was treated terribly. The people on the phone even raised their voice at her for using the word "honey". This is unacceptable especially in what's supposed to be a friendly close knit community. I already have terrible anxiety about the dentist to begin with and this has just made it worse, honestly. If they will treat me like that before making it to the office, makes me wonder how they will treat me in the chair. I can't comment on the actual dental care, it could be good or it could be bad but, what I can comment on is their customer service and it is bad. I can not recommend this for a person who has a life outside that dental office or someone that has anxiety about the dentist.

Dr. Hale is a superb dentist. She is so very caring, yet professional. She takes the time needed to…read moredo a wonderful job, and still manages to keep patients moving - not sitting in the waiting room. Her staff is also very friendly, making each visit a pleasure! To the dentist office? Yep, that's right! I've recently moved out of state, but I have every intention of returning to Dr. Hale. She is well worth the drive to myself and my family.

That being said, sometimes his office workers are unnecessarily rude over the simplest phone call. I don't appreciate coming there and spending money, then being talked to as if I am a disobedient child. I give 4 stars, it would be 5 if it wasn't for the uncalled for rudeness. Sometimes you ladies should stop and think about the way you talk to patients.
