I went with a different local guy who said all the right things and bid low. The guy's website said: "Attention to Detail Guaranteed. I offer this service at an extremely competitive rate while not compromising on a quality finish." Boy, was that a lie! This guy had no business doing this type of work. But... that's a different review. I called Brandon and explained what was going on, and even though I didn't hire them, he took time out of his day, came out and gave me some critical feedback. Brandon was professional and clear, and as he talked I knew I had hired a general handyman to do a professional's job. Their Water Vac dug the trench. Everyone worked well together. The company owner, Drew really knows his stuff with utilities. His wife, Li, knows her stuff, too. They were awesome to work with.
